Description
−上記可変速駆動装置がブレーキモードで機能する時、電気エネルギーを回収し蓄積する。
−ブレーキモードで回収された上記電気エネルギーを上記可変速駆動装置に復元する。
−上記可変速駆動装置の入力側の配電網の相線の電流全高調波歪み率(THDI)を約30%まで抑える。
−バスコンデンサを有しない可変速駆動装置(C−lessトポロジー)の場合でも、外部配電網の擾乱にかかわらず、配電網の周波数(約50Hz)で、この直流バスの電圧の変動を抑える(リップルフリー機能)。特に直流バスの電圧を調整することによって、電動機のトルクおよび磁束をよりよく制御できる。
−必要な場合、可変速駆動装置の整流器モジュールから供給される直流バスの電圧を上昇させること(ブースト機能)によって、予備エネルギーを持つことができる。
Claims (8)
- 互いに分離された電源側部分および負荷側部分を含むプラス線(16)と、マイナス線(17)とを有する直流電源バスと、前記直流バスから給電され、電気負荷(M)へ可変電圧を供給するためのインバータモジュール(14)と、エネルギー回収装置(10)と、を備える可変速駆動装置であって、前記エネルギー回収装置(10)は、
−入力段と、2つの出力端子から構成される出力段とを有し、前記出力段の一方の前記出力端子が前記直流バスの前記プラス線の前記電源側部分に接続されるとともに他方の前記出力端子が当該プラス線の前記負荷側部分に接続されている第一直流/直流コンバータ(20)と、
−2つの入力端子から構成される入力段と、出力段とを有し、前記入力段の一方の前記入力端子が前記直流バスの前記プラス線の前記負荷側部分に接続されるとともに他方の前記入力端子が前記マイナス線に接続されている第二直流/直流コンバータ(30)と、
−前記第一コンバータ(20)の前記入力段および前記第二コンバータ(30)の前記出力段と並列に接続された電気エネルギーの蓄積モジュール(CS)と、を備えることを特徴とする可変速駆動装置。 - 前記電気エネルギーの蓄積モジュールは、一つまたは複数の超コンデンサ(CS)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第一直流/直流コンバータ(20)は、能動スイッチ(21)および受動スイッチ(22)を有する非絶縁型単方向コンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第一コンバータ(20)の前記受動スイッチは、前記直流バスの前記プラス線の前記電源側部分と前記負荷側部分とに直列に接続されるダイオード(22)であって、前記第一コンバータ(20)の前記出力段は前記ダイオード(22)の端子に接続されており、前記第一コンバータ(20)の前記入力段は直列に接続された前記能動スイッチ(21)と前記受動スイッチ(22)から構成されるユニットの端子に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第一コンバータ(20)の前記能動スイッチは、前記可変速駆動装置から生成される第一制御信号(S21)によって制御されるMOSFETまたはIGBTタイプの電力トランジスタ(21)であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第二直流/直流コンバータ(30)は、第二能動スイッチ(32)と直列に接続された第一能動スイッチ(31)を有する非絶縁型双方向コンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第二コンバータ(30)の前記出力段は前記第二能動スイッチ(32)の端子に接続され、前記第二コンバータ(30)の前記入力段は前記第一能動スイッチ(31)と前記第二能動スイッチ(32)から構成されるユニットの端子に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の可変速駆動装置。
- 前記第二直流/直流コンバータ(30)は高周波数変圧器(35)を有する絶縁型双方向コンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変速駆動装置。
