Description
食品会社やレストラン、病院等から排出される油脂分を多く含んだ廃液から油分を分離して、木粉と混合した混合物を乾燥させた後、ペレット状に成型した固形化燃料(特許文献4参照。)、紙、板紙、木材、天然繊維、樹の葉、枝、根などの植物組織、食用油脂などの油を混合してプレス成型して燃料ペレットを得る製造方法(特許文献5参照。)、タール状廃棄物、油泥状廃棄物と木くず、生木、葉、雑草等のチップと混合乾燥したペレット化燃料(特許文献6参照)等が提案されている。
(1)資源循環型であり二酸化炭素削減への貢献が可能である安価なバイオマス燃料を提供できる。
(2)石油・石炭などの発電用化石燃料使用量を削減でき、カーボンニュートラルによる地球温暖化防止(CO2)削減や循環型社会の構築に貢献できる。
(3)得られたバイオマス燃料は各種熱エネルギー源として活用でき、燃焼後の灰の発生は木質材に比べて半分程度で済み、容積も大幅に減少するため、流通や保管が容易になる。また、リン酸・カリに富む肥料として活用できる。

Claims (2)
- 木粉を加熱して水分を蒸発させる木粉乾燥工程、天かす、脂カスから選択される少なくも一種の副原料の余剰の油水を分離する油水分離工程、食用廃油からバイオディーゼル燃料を抽出した残滓であるグリセリンを希硫酸で中和する工程、乾燥後の木粉と、魚油を原料とした飼料油製造過程で生じる副産物であるダーク油、油水分離後の天かす及び/又は油かす及びグリセリンを均一に撹拌混合する工程、この撹拌混合物を任意のペレット状に成型するペレット成型工程を含む製造工程により製造され、材料構成比が木粉80%、油脂20%の割合であることを特徴とするバイオマス固形燃料。
- 木粉を60℃以上100℃未満で乾燥して水分を蒸発させ含水率10〜20%とする工程、食品加工場や飲食店から廃棄される使用済みの揚げ油から分離された残渣である天かすの含油率を20〜25%に遠心分離する工程、飼料製造施設の飼料用油脂タンクの残留物を120℃に加熱して含水率0%の油かすを得る工程、食用廃油からバイオディーゼル燃料を抽出した残渣として得られアルカリ性のグリセリンを希硫酸でpH7程度に中和する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマス固形燃料の製造方法。
