Claims (13)
- 操作者の身体に装着されて医療施術の対象部に光を照射する医療用光源装置であって、
照光部と、
前記照光部を前記操作者の身体に装着する保持具と、
前記保持具に取り付けられる加速度センサと、
前記照光部からの照射光の照射範囲の中心位置を設定する際、前記加速度センサが検出した加速度情報に基づいて前記中心位置を検出して前記中心位置の情報を保持する位置検出部と、
前記位置検出部が検出した中心位置に前記照光部の光軸を設定する光軸調整部と、
を備え、
前記光軸調整部は、前記光軸の設定後に前記加速度情報が変化しても前記光軸の位置を維持することを特徴とする医療用光源装置。 - 前記照光部からの照射光による照射角度を複数段階で調節可能な照射制御部を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記保持具は、前記照光部と前記加速度センサとを前記操作者の頭部に装着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記加速度センサは、互いに直交するX軸、Y軸を有し、前記X軸は前記操作者の左右軸に沿い、前記Y軸は前記操作者の前後軸に沿うように前記保持具に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記加速度センサは、垂直方向に対して予め所定の角度を持たせて前記保持具に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記加速度センサは、さらにZ軸を含む3軸センサであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記光軸の設定を解除するために、前記位置検出部が保持している前記中心位置の情報をクリアするリセット手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記加速度センサが検出した加速度情報に基づいて前記操作者の動きを検出する動作検出部と、
光量調整時に前記操作者が予め定められた動きを行ったことを前記動作検出部が検出したときバッテリー電源部から前記照光部に流れる電流の量を制御する光量制御部と、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用光源装置。 - 前記照光部は、通電電流が定格値を上回っても耐久性を有する光源を備えて、前記光量制御部は、電流を増量する際、前記バッテリー電源部から前記照光部に流れる電流の平均値を所定期間だけ定格値から当該定格値よりも大きい増大値にすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記所定期間は、前記増大値の電流が流れることによる前記光源の温度上昇時間特性に基づいて設定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記所定期間は、前記光源の温度上昇時間特性に基づいて当該光源の温度が最大許容値を超えない期間であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 前記保持具に第2の加速度センサを取り付けて、前記光量制御部は、前記照光部に前記増大値の電流を流す制御を行っているときに、前記加速度センサが所定値以上の加速度を検出すると、前記照光部に流れる電流の値を前記定格値に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用光源装置。
- 操作者が発声する音声を認識する音声認識部を備えて、前記光量制御部は、前記音声認識部による認識音声又は前記加速度情報に基づいて、前記照光部に流れる電流の量を制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療用光源装置。
