Description

The present invention relates to a heat shielding screen in various industrial parts, in addition to preventing temperature rise of an opening / outer wall of an apartment balcony from solar heat, as well as wind resistance.

Conventionally, as a solar heat blocking method, sunshades such as Yoshizu, Sudare, Tent, and Screen were attached to the front face of the opening and the like, and there was a certain effect.

However, commercially available sunshades are inferior in air permeability and hinder indoor ventilation.
In addition, even if it is possible to shut off Xiyang, etc., the sunshade body will be filled with heat (livestock heat)
Eventually, heat rays (infrared rays) will be emitted from the back of the product, the sash, the interior and exterior walls will become hot, the comfort will be poor, and it will be impossible to sleep without cooling.
In particular, the fabric sunshade tents are not breathable. If you install several consecutive tents, the entire back of the tent will be in a greenhouse, making it less comfortable to live. The department may come off. Even the worst fall accident ...
In addition, the amount of livestock heat of the handrail body made of concrete is large, and it is said that it is indispensable to install the screen inside the handrail though it is indispensable to release heat rays until night and half after sunset. There are few residents.
(Actually, the eastern balcony surface reaches 55 degrees in the midsummer sunny day, around 8:30 in the morning.)
In addition, when the sash is opened and ventilation is conducted with the outside air temperature decreasing after sunset, the indoor air temperature also decreases, but due to the outer wall livestock heat to re-radiation principle described above, heat rays are generated from each part of the room, and it feels hot physically So how do you prevent Xiyang from hitting the sash or the entire outer wall?
... is important. (The heat insulation on the wall insulation is also hot!)
In addition, Yoshizu, Sudare, Tent, and Screen are greatly shaken by wind pressure on strong wind days, falling, scattering, damage to mounting parts, etc. Installation in middle to high-rise apartment balconies requires careful installation. We are hesitant about this, and the current situation is that we have not been able to take measures against the sun.
Are balconies in the west facing apartments particularly hot summer hell? In the era of power saving, energy saving, and rising electricity bills, it is desired not to use cooling as much as possible, but in reality it is impossible to go to bed without cooling.
In addition, the west facing balcony on the top floor of the apartment is the worst, and in addition to Xiyang, rooftop concrete livestock heat to ceiling re-radiation (ceiling insulation is also turned into livestock heat) is added, so it can be said that summer comfort is poor.

Means to solve the problem

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has devised a sunshade screen that can be installed in a balcony of a mid- and high-rise apartment building that is strong against wind and has high heat shielding properties. This screen is a plain woven prefabricated product made of synthetic fiber or fibrous metal, etc. As a familiar example, for agriculture, using two shade nets with a shading rate of 75%, about 2 cm between the nets A gap is provided, and round materials are attached to the top and bottom of the net.
Then, the entire net is attached to the hanging metal fittings / loops so that tension is applied, and is attached to the upper part of the sash and the inside of the balcony, and is used for the shadow screen.
In this screen, the air permeability and the heat dissipation power are remarkably improved by the space between the nets and 2 cm.
Moreover, the cross-section of the above-mentioned plain weave net is very small and cannot be heat-treated, and instantly radiates heat to the surrounding air.
If there is a wind, especially ...
Commercial sunshade tents and screens have a light-shielding performance, but have poor air permeability, a high risk of wind pressure scattering, weak heat dissipation, and easily heat up the main body, and easily dissipate heat from the back.
The present invention solves this neck, and has invented the provision of a gap between the nets using two nets so that the heat shielding property is large but the wind passage resistance is small and the heat dissipation power is large. .
The number of nets may be two or three, and the greater the number of hollow layers, the better the heat shielding power.
The prototype consists of two products with a light shielding rate of 75% and a hollow layer of 2 cm. The total light shielding rate reaches 93.75% and the heat shielding power is improved.
(The basis for 93.75% is as follows. The solar heating wire will pass 25% on the first net, and 25% will be lost again on the second sheet. (The final passage is 100-100.25 = 93.75% shading rate.)
Compared to conventional blinds and reeds, the discoloration is inferior, and it is easy to remove and the storage of season-off is compact, making it ideal for an apartment life.
The round material (aluminum or synthetic resin) at the top and bottom of the screen is a pull-out type, and the screen is much lighter than the tent type and can be folded and stored in a cupboard.
By the way, the above-mentioned shading net is a commercially available product, and has a long track record of use in tea plantation and shiitake cultivation, and has a 25-40% void to withstand strong winds, and the entire wave undulates in strong winds. It can be said that it is a stable material that has been used for a long time.

Effect of the invention

Balconies and the condominiums and houses behind the sash that hit the outer walls and sashes are greatly affected by the heat of summer, and cooling is essential.
The cause is that the solar energy heats up in each part of the room through the concrete handrail, outer wall, and opening. Even if the outside air temperature drops to 26-28 degrees after passing the night and half, is it because of the heat rays (infrared rays) emitted from each part that the room feels hot? It's like being in
Even when cooling is turned on, power is consumed to cool the livestock heat remaining in each part of the room to furniture, etc., and when each part is cooled, it finally feels cool.
Therefore, when this product is installed on the opening, outer wall, or back of the handrail of a condominium balcony, solar heat does not reach the room, greatly improving habitability in summer and reducing the cooling power bill and contributing to power saving and energy saving.
This production can be handled using existing technology and can be supplied in large quantities at a low price.
In addition to the product color, black, dark green and cocoa brown that look good on modern condominiums are also appreciated.

FIG. 7 is a front view of the product when FIG. 3 is installed. (Completed dimension, approx. 2M square)
Two 1M wide nets are arranged side by side, and round pieces are passed through the top and bottom. The manufacturing method is to continually wrap two pieces of 1M wide and 4M long nets so as to enclose each of the upper and lower round pieces. It is processed into a stitched cylindrical shape, and the vertical seam 16 of the two nets is not connected all around, so that the wind pressure can be loosened.
Balcony-Fixing to ceiling and floor is done at 7 and 8 in FIG.
Off-season, two round bars can be pulled out and two nets can be folded and stored.
The upper and lower stainless steel S-shaped brackets for mounting can be set at any position (for example, a total of six pieces at about 90 centimeters both vertically) by hooking from the net to the round bar.
When there is a risk of typhoon approaching, remove the bracket 7 in the figure, bundle the net under your feet, and hold it with an 8cm weight.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the upper end of a high-performance type product using three nets and two air layers.
Reference numeral 17 denotes a screen upper end material made of synthetic resin or the like.
The screen has a width of 1 to 1.5M, a height of 2M, and other various types, and can be stored in a wound manner.
In addition, stainless steel foil fiber plain weave nets are used for luxury products. (Excellent durability)

The performance of the above configuration will be described below.
A light-shielding net (a product with a light-shielding rate of 75%) manufactured by a plain weave mesh or the like, the solar heating wire 1 that hits 6 in FIG. 5 is rapidly heat-exchanged with the ambient outside air simultaneously on the front and back of the net.
(The net material is too thin.)
A part of the solar heat ray leaked from the gap in the first net on the solar radiation side hits the second net and causes the above-described action. As for the air layer between 1 and 2, ascending airflow 12 is generated by heating the net, the wind is also added and exhaust heat (heat exchange) is actively performed, and the hollow layer and the net are not livestock heated.
In addition, the net seam (16 in FIG. 7) is also opened by the wind and helps exhaust heat.
Therefore, there is no heat ray from the indoor side net surface, and the outer wall to the room does not get hot.
In particular, the three-net system shown in FIG. 8 has extremely high performance.
Next, about performance in strong winds. First, the entire net of the first sheet oscillates and receives the wind, and part of the wind that has passed through the net reaches the second sheet and the gap 16, and the second sheet also oscillates to avoid wind pressure (decompression) ) As a result, the upper and lower brackets are not burdened and the main body is not scattered.
Commercially available tent sunshades, etc. are less breathable, receive 100% wind pressure, flutter, and have many metal fitting failures and scattering accidents.
Use in places with strong winds, such as medium- and high-rise apartments Balconies, is dangerous, and tents are not widely used.
Thus, this case is excellent at a shading rate of 93.75% (when two nets are used), has wind resistance, does not radiate heat from the back, and can be said to be a high-performance sunshade.
It can be used for a long time without rustling, discoloration, breakage, etc., and it does not sag rain like a tent, it is lightweight, has a large air layer, and dries quickly.
About 3 o'clock in the summer, a 23-degree difference in the outer wall surface (5 in Fig. 2) was confirmed by the presence or absence of this case as a result of the mounting experiment (Fig. 3 method) in the west facing apartment Balcony.
Also, the reason for the high temperature of the outer wall is the method of FIGS. 3 and 4 in which the heat radiation from the back side of the handrail concrete is large in addition to direct radiation, and there is a ventilation layer to stop it.
Next, after installing the case, the daytime view from the room is not as tight as a tent etc., while the line of sight cut from the adjacent building and road is perfect.
In addition, the natural ventilation performance into the room exceeds that of a blind or a commercial screen.
This is a long-awaited new product for mid- and high-rise condominium residents who have not been able to install various types of sunshade, and will eventually become a necessity in summer. In order to give an accent, the resident will hope that the balcony ceiling of the newly built property will be equipped as standard equipment so that residents can easily attach and detach / accommodate it.
Lastly, if this product is installed in many condominiums that require countermeasures against heat radiation across the country, it will improve summer comfort and drastically reduce cooling power. This is an epoch-making invention that greatly contributes to energy-saving national policies.
