Description
光源は、一般に、光導体の厚さより大きい距離だけアウトカップリング手段から間隔を置いて配置される。例えば、光導体が数ミリメートルの厚さである場合、光源は、一般に、アウトカップリング手段から数センチメートル以上の間隔を置いて配置される。一般に、隣り合ったアウトカップリング手段は、この距離より大きい間隔を置いて配置され、隣り合った光源もそうである。光導体中をアウトカップリング手段の密度は、好ましくは、光源の密度以上である。
図面及び前述の説明において本発明を詳細に図示及び説明したが、このような図及び説明は、説明的なもの又は例示的なものとみなされるべきであり、限定するものとみなされるべきではない。即ち、本発明は、開示されている実施例に限定されない。
Claims (6)
- 目標方向に光束を供給するための照明器具装置であって、
光導体と、
前記光導体内へ光を放射するために前記光導体に配設される多数の光源と、
前記光導体に配設され、光を前記光導体から外へ向けるよう適合されるアウトカップリング手段と、
光が外へ向けられるべきである側において前記光導体の前に配設されるカバー層とを有し、前記カバー層が、前記光導体から外へ向けられる光が前記カバー層を通過することが可能にされるような少なくとも1つの光学的に透明な領域を具備し、前記少なくとも1つの光学的に透明な領域以外の前記カバー層が、光を遮断するものであり、前記少なくとも1つの光学的に透明な領域が、透明な材料を有し、前記透明な材料が、前記アウトカップリング手段からの光の方向変更のための反射面を与えるスリット及び/又はくぼみを具備する照明器具装置。 - 前記カバー層が、前記光導体の厚さより大きい、好ましくは約1.4倍以上の、厚さを持つ請求項1に記載の照明器具装置。
- 前記光源が前記カバー層に取り付けられる請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の照明器具装置。
- 前記カバー層が、導電体を有する、又は少なくとも部分的に導電体を構成する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明器具装置。
- 前記カバー層が、熱伝導層を有する、又は少なくとも部分的に熱伝導層を構成する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明器具装置。
- 前記光源が発光ダイオードである請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明器具装置。
