Claims (18)
- 内側環状壁と、対向する外側環状壁と、対向する内側環状壁と外側環状壁との間に延在する欠損内面を有している欠損部と、を有している環状線維質に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるように形成された膨張可能な環状修繕装置であって、この装置は、第1の形態から膨張形態まで膨張可能であり、膨張形態においてこの装置が欠損部をシールする、この装置が、
外面を有している中央本体であって、中央本体は、装置が膨張形態にあるとき、中央本体が、中央本体軸線に沿って細長く形成され、外面が第1の断面寸法を形成している、中央本体と、
装置が膨張形態にあるとき、中央本体軸線に対して横向きの方向に沿って中央本体から突出する1又は複数の保持部材であって、各保持部材は、中央本体から離間された保持部材端部を形成する1又は複数の保持部材と、

- さらに、内部椎間板領域に近接する1又は複数の側方へ拡張可能な要素を備え、拡張可能な要素は、装置が拡張形態にあるとき及び欠陥内に移植されるとき、内側環状壁に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- さらに、外部椎間板領域に近接して配置された1又は複数の追加の側方へ拡張可能な要素を備え、外部椎間板領域の拡張可能な要素は、装置が拡張形態にあるとき及び欠陥内に移植されるとき、外側環状壁に接触していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 膨張可能な環状修繕装置は、流体を受け入れるように形成された内部キャビティを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。

- 1又は複数の展開可能な二次固定部材は、外部椎間板領域に隣接して配置され、拡張形態において、外側環状壁に接触することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 1又は複数の展開可能な二次固定部材は、1又は複数のアームの形態であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 内部椎間板領域は、高い従順性の材料によって形成され、外部椎間板領域は、低い従順性の材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 内部椎間板領域は、低い従順性の材料によって形成され、外部椎間板領域は、高い従順性の材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- さらに、内部椎間板領域に配置され、且つ内部椎間板のキャビティの少なくとも一部分を充填するように形成されている膨張可能な突起部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- さらに、1又は複数の縫合を、内部椎間板領域から外部椎間板領域へ延在させていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 1又は複数の縫合は、中央本体部分を通り抜けていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
- 1又は複数の縫合は、環状線維を通り抜けていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の膨張可能な環状修繕装置。
