Claims (10)
- 積層された金属層および樹脂層を含む複数のフィルム状部材を含む電池ケースを製造する際に前記複数のフィルム状部材を溶着する装置であって、
前記複数のフィルム状部材が重ね合わされた部分を挟み込んで加熱し、前記重ね合わされた部分の少なくとも一部を溶着する一対の金型であって、それぞれが第1の方向の延びた一対の金型と、
前記一対の金型をそれぞれ支持する一対の支持ユニットであって、それぞれが前記第1の方向の延びた一対の支持ユニットとを有し、
前記一対の支持ユニットのそれぞれの支持ユニットは、
ヒーターを内蔵する金属製のヒーターブロックであって、一方の側に前記金型が取り付けられるヒーターブロックと、
前記ヒーターブロックと複数の棒状部材を介して連結された支持ブロックとを含み、前記複数の棒状部材は、それぞれ、金属製であって、途中が括れており、前記複数の棒状部材は、互いに間隔をあけて配置されている、装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記複数の棒状部材は、前記ヒーターブロックの前記金型が取り付けられた前記一方の側とは反対の他方の側に取り付けられている、装置。 - 請求項1または2において、前記複数の棒状部材は、それぞれ、2つの錐体を頂点が向かい合うように配置してこれらを繋いだ形状の部分を含む棒状部材である、装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかにおいて、前記複数の棒状部材は、それぞれ、その両端近傍の断面形状が多角形である、装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかにおいて、前記ヒーターブロックは、断面形状が四角形であって、中央に前記ヒーターが挿入される孔を含み、
前記複数の棒状部材は、それぞれ、前記孔に対し前記金型が取り付けられた面とは反対側の面に分散して配置されている、装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、前記ヒーターブロックの前記第1の方向に沿った長さは前記金型の前記第1の方向に沿った長さよりも長い、装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、前記ヒーターブロックと前記複数の棒状部材との接合部分はそれぞれ凹んでいる、装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、前記ヒーターブロックに対する前記複数の棒状部材の設置部分は、それぞれ、前記ヒーターブロックの先端面よりも窪むように切り欠かれた位置に設けられている、装置。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかにおいて、前記一対の金型および前記一対の支持ユニットを内蔵する真空容器をさらに有する、装置。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかにおいて、前記一対の支持ユニットの距離を可変させて前記重ね合わされた部分の少なくとも一部を前記一対の金型によって挟み込む駆動機構をさらに有する、装置。
