Abstract
Description
まず、この発明の原理について説明する。この発明においては、トリガー信号発生装置のコイルをフェライトで設計する。コイルをフェライトで設計すると、同じインダクタンスで形状がはるかに小さくできるのでトリガー信号発生装置を小型化するためには好都合となる。この仕組みを小さな箱に納まるようにコンパクトに構成するには特許文献2のように、中央のコイルは平坦な領域を造っても非常に狭くなってしまう。このため中央のコイルを無くし、両側の二つのコイルでこの仕組みを構成する。
検出距離=間隔÷2*(1+1.26)÷(1.26−1)
次に、具体的なトリガー信号発生装置の構成について説明する。トリガーコイル1とトリガーコイル2の間に磁界強度を5.25dB以上減衰させる要素(減衰手段)を挟むことで相互に磁界を減衰させ、それぞれのトリガーコイルが受け持つ空間でタグがトリガー磁界を検出できる範囲を広げることができる。ここで、5.25dB以上としたのは、40mmの離隔で一方のトリガーコイルのみを検出し、他方のトリガーコイルの影響を受けない最小のレベル差であるからである。
次に他の実施の形態について説明する。この実施の形態においては、離隔距離によって得られるレベル差に片側のエリアの信号レベルを下げ、もう一方のエリアだけを検出できるようにする。信号として検出される方のレベルを離隔距離によって得られるレベル差と妨害する方の下げたレベルの合成が6dB以上になるように、かつ、反対の妨害する方のレベル差が6dB未満となるように設計する。これだけでは妨害する方の側のエリアでは信号を検出されないが、信号を出す方と妨害信号を出す方を時間的に高速で切り替えると両方に検出エリアを生成させることができる。
(b)オフィースなどで、パーテーション、ドア、ドア側壁への取り付けによる動態管理。
(c)検知範囲の方向を限定でき、なおかつ、持ち方に影響されない動態管理。
(d)通路のみの検出、部屋の壁面に設置した場合でも室内に漏れて検出エリアを造らない。したがって、天井より下のみの検出、天井の上の階に検出エリアを造らない。
Claims (7)
- IDタグを起動するトリガー信号を出力するトリガー信号発生装置であって、
所定の離隔距離で対向して配置され、それぞれが所定の磁界強度分布を有する第1および第2トリガーコイルと、
前記第1および第2トリガーコイルが発生する磁界の強度を、前記第1および第2のトリガーコイルが設けられた側において、前記IDタグに前記第1および第2トリガーコイルのトリガーIDを検出させ、前記第1および第2のトリガーコイルが設けられた側の反対側において、前記IDタグに前記第1トリガーコイルのトリガーIDを検出させない所定のレベルまで減衰する減衰手段とを有する、トリガー信号発生装置。 - 前記減衰手段は、前記第1および第2トリガーコイルの間に設けられた磁界減衰素材である、請求項1に記載のトリガー信号発生装置。
- 前記磁界減衰素材は非磁性体の金属である、請求項2に記載のトリガー信号発生装置。
- 前記第1および第2のトリガーコイルは対向する一方面と他方面とを有する保持部材に保持され、
前記第1および第2トリガーコイルが発生する磁界強度分布は同じであり、
前記減衰手段は、前記第1および第2トリガーコイルが発生する磁界強度分布を相互に所定のレベルだけずらす手段である、請求項1に記載のトリガー信号発生装置。 - 前記トリガーコイルはフェライトで構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のトリガー信号発生装置。
- 前記IDタグは三次元の磁界強度を検出可能なIDタグである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のトリガー信号発生装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のトリガー信号発生装置を用いた動態管理システム。
