Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle dash silencer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle dash silencer disposed on the vehicle interior side of a dash panel that partitions the vehicle engine room and the vehicle interior.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle dash silencer is known that is arranged on the vehicle interior side of a dash panel that partitions a vehicle engine room and a vehicle compartment to reduce or prevent noise and vibration in the engine room from entering the vehicle interior ( For example, Patent Document 1). In this dash silencer for vehicles, a lightweight soundproof material of a fiber laminate is mainly used in view of weight reduction, and for example, a fiber laminate such as a felt type is used.
By the way, the dash panel that partitions the engine room and the vehicle compartment of the vehicle has various shapes depending on the vehicle type, and the vehicle interior side shape is not flat but has various uneven shapes. By forming the concave and convex shape and following the shape of the side surface of the vehicle interior, the vehicle interior side of the dash panel is covered without any gap to reduce or prevent noise and vibration in the engine room.
Further, the dash panel is a part where many vehicle equipments that communicate between the engine room and the vehicle interior side are mounted, and an opening for attaching the vehicle equipments is provided. Also in the dash silencer for a vehicle, a hole is provided at a position corresponding to the opening. The hole is subjected to various operations such as a fitting operation from the vehicle interior side and a fitting operation from the vehicle interior side. For example, when attaching a grommet for a wire harness to a dash panel, a method of opening a large hole for attachment is adopted for the dash silencer for a vehicle. Moreover, the method of making the fiber laminated body including a hole part into a twisted structure is also employ | adopted. On the other hand, when the fitting operation is performed from the outside of the passenger compartment, a method of facilitating the mounting of the vehicle equipment while minimizing the diameter of the hole by setting a slit radially from the hole is employed.
Here, there is a problem that noise and vibration in the engine room enter the vehicle interior side in the hole portion and the ring structure. The so-called noise and vibration performance due to the noise and vibration in the engine room directly affect the comfort of the car. As one of the methods for improving this noise and vibration performance, the material of the fiber laminate (fiber body) The method of increasing the maximum sheet thickness by increasing the basis weight of the was adopted.
However, in order to increase the maximum thickness of the fiber laminate, it is necessary to raise a considerable amount of fabric weight. In addition, since the basis weight of the entire product must be increased, there is a concern that the thickness of the portion that does not require an increase in the thickness of the product is inevitably increased. In addition, when a large hole for mounting is opened, noise and vibration in the engine room can easily enter the vehicle interior side, and it cannot be said that the specifications are excellent in terms of noise and vibration performance. In addition, when the hole portion itself has a ring structure, since the vehicle equipment is mounted through the hole portion while the ring structure is being rolled, there is a concern that the mounting operation is one-handed and troublesome.
In addition, in the case of this twisted structure, there is a risk of sound leakage because the portion of the wound fiber laminate does not return to its original position, and there is a risk of sound leakage, and the packing state when mounting the vehicle equipment There are also concerns. On the other hand, the method adopted when fitting work from the outside of the passenger compartment (the method of setting slits radially from the holes and minimizing the diameter of the holes) is the slit when the vehicle equipment is attached. There is a problem that the part becomes a mouth opening and the sound leaks, and the slit part sometimes makes it difficult to penetrate when the vehicle equipment is penetrated.
In view of this, the present inventor has intensively studied a structure that improves noise and vibration performance of a necessary part without significantly increasing the mass in the vehicle dash silencer. As a result, in the manufacturing process of the vehicle dash silencer, after the fiber laminate as the material of the vehicle dash silencer is heated and pressurized, the outer trim is performed, and a hole is formed inside the product of the vehicle dash silencer. In the process of forming, attention was paid to the outside of the product that is removed as the outside of the product. That is, if this product external position can be used effectively, the product plate thickness can be increased only at a necessary portion without significantly increasing the mass, and noise and vibration performance can be improved. In addition, by devising the shape of the outside of the product, troublesome mounting work can be improved and workability can be improved.
Thus, the present invention was devised in view of such points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is that only a necessary portion of a vehicle dash silencer is required without causing a significant increase in mass. The purpose is to increase the product thickness to improve noise and vibration performance.
In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle dash silencer of the present invention takes the following means.
First, a vehicular dash silencer according to a first aspect of the present invention is a vehicular dash silencer disposed on a vehicle interior side of a dash panel that partitions an engine room and a vehicle compartment of the vehicle, and the dash silencer includes a fiber laminate. It is formed by heating and pressure forming, is formed in a three-dimensional concavo-convex shape in accordance with the concavo-convex shape of the interior surface of the dash panel, and has a relatively large area arranged facing the dash panel. A dash silencer part and a relatively small area sub-dash silencer part arranged in a laminated state on the interior side of the main dash silencer part, the laminated state of the main dash silencer part and the sub-dash silencer part A locking means that can hold the laminated state of the two parts is provided between the two parts arranged as the sub-dash. Silencer site is composed locked by the locking means are stacked at a location that is required on the sound insulation of the main dash silencer site, during molding and the main dash silencer site and vice dash silencer site Are arranged as a unitary state adjacent to each other in a plane, both are folded to form a laminated state, and the main dash silencer portion has a mounting hole for mounting vehicle equipment, The sub-dash silencer part is configured so as to be laminated at the position of the mounting hole. The sub-dash silencer part is cut into a through hole that evacuates interference with vehicle equipment and from the outer periphery toward the through hole. And the through hole is smaller than the mounting hole formed in the main dash silencer part. The sub-dash silencer part is configured to be laminated by bending the main dash silencer part to the interior side of the main dash silencer part with the main dash silencer part attached to the dash panel. The stopping means is provided at an end opposite to the position where the sub-dash silencer is bent .
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the main dash silencer part and the sub-dash silencer part are configured. This sub-dash silencer part is laminated and disposed at a place required for sound insulation performance, so that the overall weight of the product is not increased. Therefore, the product plate thickness is increased only in necessary parts without significantly increasing the mass, and noise and vibration in the engine room are reduced or prevented from entering the passenger compartment, thereby improving noise and vibration performance. be able to. In addition, the cost can be suppressed by greatly suppressing the increase in mass. Moreover, the state where the sub-dash silencer part is laminated and disposed at a place required for sound insulation performance of the main dash silencer part can be maintained by the locking means.
Also, since the main dash silencer part and the sub-dash silencer part are arranged and formed in a unitary state adjacent to each other at the time of molding, the main dash silencer part is attached after the main dash silencer part is attached to the dash panel. The workability can be improved because the work is folded to the interior side of the vehicle to obtain a laminated state.
Further, a part where noise and vibration in the engine room enter the vehicle interior side and the influence of noise and vibration performance is remarkable is a part of the mounting hole for mounting the vehicle equipment. Therefore, by forming a sub-dash silencer part at the part of the mounting hole and increasing the product plate thickness, it is possible to efficiently improve noise and vibration performance.
In addition, the sub-dash silencer part is formed with a through hole that evacuates interference with vehicle equipment and a cut groove that is cut from the outer periphery toward the through hole. It is formed smaller than the mounting hole formed in the part. That is, the secondary dash silencer part allows the vehicle equipment to pass through the groove portion of the cut groove formed in the secondary dash silencer part when the laminated part is arranged on the vehicle interior side of the main dash silencer part, and the through hole is the main hole. It is the structure arrange | positioned in the position of the attachment hole of a dash silencer site | part. Further, since the through hole is formed to be smaller than the mounting hole of the main dash silencer part, it avoids interference with vehicle equipment and suppresses noise and vibration in the engine room from entering the vehicle interior side. It is configured.
Next, a second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention described above, the locking means is constituted by a hook-and-loop fastener .
According to the present invention, by taking the measures of the above-described inventions, the vehicle dash silencer can increase the product plate thickness only at a necessary portion without significantly increasing the mass, and can improve noise and vibration performance.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a dash panel P that partitions an engine room E and a vehicle compartment R of the vehicle is arranged and configured. This dash panel P is a plate-shaped member made of steel plate formed by press molding, and has a complicated three-dimensional concavo-convex structure to avoid interference with the vehicle structure such as the vehicle body structure and steering, brake device, or various pipes. It is formed in a shape.
In addition, various shapes of openings (not shown) provided in a penetrating manner for attaching the vehicle equipment to the dash panel P are formed.
In addition, in order to attach the

Further, the part where the noise and vibration in the engine room E enter the inside of the passenger compartment R and the influence of noise and vibration performance is remarkable is a part of the

In the present embodiment, the
Next, a vehicular dash silencer according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, 7, and 8. FIG.
Here, as a representative, the configuration of the

From the above, the
In addition, the part to be cut out to form the mounting
