Claims (8)
- ロータ(12)およびステータ(13)を有する発電機(11)を含む、冷却システム(15)を備える直接駆動型風車であって、
前記ステータ(13)は内側リング(6)および外側リング(7)を有する軸受(5)を有し、前記外側リング(7)は前記ロータ(12)と前記ステータ(13)とを回転可能に接続し、
前記冷却システム(15)は、前記軸受(5)の内側リング(6)と熱的に接続する少なくとも1つのヒートシンク(16)と、前記ヒートシンク(16)と熱的に接続している熱放散器(21)とを有し、
前記ヒートシンク(16)は、冷却媒体の冷却溜めを有し、かつ、複数のバルブ(18)および複数の導管(17)を介して前記熱放散器(21)に接続されており、
前記冷却システム(15)は、少なくとも1つの温度測定装置と、前記軸受(5)の温度を制御するための制御装置と、をさらに有し、
前記内側リング(6)は複数の制御ゾーンに分けられ、各ゾーンに対して1つ以上の前記冷却溜め(16)と、1つの前記導管(17)または1つの前記導管(17)の一部と、1つの前記バルブ(18)とが割り当てられており、
前記制御装置は、前記制御ゾーン毎に前記軸受(5)の温度を制御する、
ことを特徴とする直接駆動型風車。 - 前記ヒートシンク(16)は、前記内側リング(6)の内周面(6a)に設けられている、請求項1記載の直接駆動型風車。
- 前記ヒートシンク(16)は前記内側リング(6)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1または2記載の直接駆動型風車。
- 前記軸受(5)の外側リング(7)のためにヒートシンク(16)が設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の直接駆動型風車。
- 前記軸受(5)と前記ヒートシンク(16)との間に熱インタフェース材料が設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の直接駆動型風車。
- 前記ロータ(12)は外側ロータであり、前記ステータ(13)は内側ステータであり、前記軸受(5)の前記内側リング(6)は前記風車(1)の固定部分(4)に接続され、前記軸受(5)の外側リング(7)は前記風車(1)のロータヨーク(8)に接続されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の直接駆動型風車。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の直接駆動型風車を制御する方法であって、
前記軸受(5)の温度を測定するステップと、
前記軸受(5)のリング(6、7)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの冷却溜め(16)を介して冷却媒体の流れを制御するステップと、
を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却溜め(16)は前記軸受(5)の前記内側リング(6)に取り付けられており、前記軸受(5)の前記内側リング(6)の少なくとも1つの点において温度を測定する、請求項7記載の方法。
