Description
(a)電気分解、熱化学分解等により水素を直接製造する方法。
(b)石炭等を水蒸気等でガス化し、水素を製造する方法。
(c)石油精製過程発生ガスあるいは製鉄所コークス炉ガスから水素を吸着分離等により回収する方法。

Claims (1)
- 製鉄プロセスで発生する温度が200℃以下でかつ圧力が1.55MPa以下である水蒸気を加熱して高温の水蒸気とする水蒸気加熱工程と、
前記水蒸気加熱工程で得られた高温の水蒸気を電気分解により水素と酸素に分解する水蒸気電気分解工程と、
前記水蒸気電気分解工程で得られた水素から顕熱を回収する水素顕熱回収工程と、
前記水蒸気電気分解工程で得られた酸素と電気分解されないで残った水蒸気から顕熱を回収する酸素顕熱回収工程と、
前記水素顕熱回収工程後の水素を、製鉄プロセスにおいて高炉での鉄鉱石の還元材として利用する水素利用工程と、
前記酸素顕熱回収工程後の水蒸気を含んだ酸素から水蒸気を分離する水分除去工程と、
前記水分除去工程後の酸素を、製鉄プロセスにおいて石炭を燃焼し、還元ガスを製造するのに利用する酸素利用工程と、
前記水素および酸素顕熱回収工程で回収した顕熱を製鉄プロセスで利用する利用工程とを備えていることを特徴とする水素および酸素の製造・利用方法。
