Description
Claims (6)
- 充放電可能な二次電池と、
前記二次電池と負荷との間に設けられた電圧変換器と、
燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電し、前記電圧変換器と共通の電路を介して前記負荷に電力を供給すると共に、出力電力が前記負荷の要求電力以上の場合に前記二次電池を充電する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池のセル総電圧を検出する電圧センサと、
前記燃料電池の電圧を制御する制御部と、を備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記制御部は、前記燃料電池の始動中に前記燃料電池への指令電圧を開回路電圧から前記開回路より低い目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させる際に、前記電圧センサで検出した燃料電池の初期セル総電圧と前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧より低い予め定められた閾値電圧とに応じて、前記燃料電池への指令電圧を前記開回路電圧から前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させる速度を制御する電圧降下制御手段を有することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記電圧降下制御手段は、前記燃料電池の前記初期セル総電圧が前記閾値電圧以下である場合、前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧を高速で前記開回路電圧から前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させ、
前記燃料電池の前記初期セル総電圧が前記閾値電圧より大きい場合には、前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧を低速で前記開回路電圧から前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させること、
を特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池の前記初期セル総電圧が前記閾値電圧以下である場合に、前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧を高速で降下させ、前記電圧センサで検出した前記燃料電池の電圧と前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧との電圧差が所定値よりも小さくなった場合に前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧の低下速度を高速から低速に切り換えること、とを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2または3に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
さらに、一旦前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧を低速で前記開回路電圧から前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させた場合、前記燃料電池への前記指令電圧を高速で前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させることを禁止する降下速度切替禁止手段を有することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記電圧降下制御手段が前記燃料電池の前記指令電圧を低速で前記開回路電圧から前記目標運転電圧である前記高電位回避電圧まで降下させた後、前記制御部は前記二次電池の過充電回避制御を開始することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムを有する車両。
