Description
1.炉圧力容器短管と駆動ハウジングとの間の溶接継ぎ目の繰り返し行われる超音波検査を省略することによる原子力力発電所の検査費用の低減。
2.従来の外側バヨネット結合の省略による原子炉圧力容器の床部の敷設厚さの増長の回避。
3.従来の外側バヨネット結合の省略による原子炉圧力容器の床部の領域における製造の簡略化。
4.従来の外側バヨネット結合の解離または連結のための駆動ハウジングの回転の省略による取り付けの簡略化。
5.円錐形の差し込みリングによる駆動ハウジングにおける下側の縦の破損の防止。

Claims (11)
- 制御棒駆動機構(6)と、この制御棒駆動機構(6)を取り囲み原子炉圧力壁(3)およびこの圧力壁(3)の内側に配置され圧力壁(3)と結合された原子炉圧力壁短管(7)とを貫通するように形成された駆動ハウジング(5)とを備えた原子力設備(25)における制御棒(24)のための安全装置(1)において、原子炉圧力壁短管(7)と駆動ハウジング(5)との間に独立部材として製造された着脱自在の複数の結合部材(12)が設けられ、各結合部材(12)が取り付け最終位置で駆動ハウジング(5)と嵌め合い結合を形成するとともに原子炉圧力壁短管(7)と嵌め合い結合を形成することを特徴とする安全装置。
- 各結合部材(12)が駆動ハウジング(5)と原子炉圧力壁短管(7)との間の負荷軽減結合を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の安全装置。
- 各結合部材(12)が分割形差し込みリング(12)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の安全装置。
- 差し込みリング(12)が軸方向に、少なくとも先細または先広がりの外側断面、もしくは、先細または先広がりの内側断面のいずれか一方を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の安全装置。
- 差し込みリング(12)の一部が、少なくとも外側面または内側面のいずれか一方に、少なくとも楔状もしくは短管状のいずれか一方の保持部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の安全装置。
- 結合部材(12)の上側領域に安全短管(16)が設けられ、原子炉圧力壁短管(7)と駆動ハウジング(5)との間に配置され、駆動ハウジング(5)を端末側で抑え込むことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の安全装置。
- 安全短管(16)と原子炉圧力壁短管(7)との結合のためにねじ結合が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6記載の安全装置。
- 制御棒駆動機構がこの制御棒駆動機構(6)と駆動ハウジング(5)との、少なくとも摩擦結合または嵌め合い結合のいずれか一方を形成するため複数の内側連結部材(22,23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の安全装置。
- 各内側連結部材(22,23)がバヨネット結合の構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の安全装置。
- 内側の連結部材(22)が制御棒駆動機構(6)と駆動ハウジング(5)の長手方向に見て結合部材(12)の上側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の安全装置。
- 1つまたは複数の内側連結部材(22,23)が、衝撃力の吸収のため塑性変形によって形成される変形部材を備えるかまたは変形部材と結合されることを特徴とする請求項8から10の1つに記載の安全装置。
