Claims (3)
- 眼内レンズ(10、22)を設計する方法であって、
患者母集団と関連した1つ以上の生体測定パラメータの概算の変化度を基礎として、1つの患者母集団におけるレンズの性能の変化度を示す誤差関数を定義するステップであって、
該誤差関数が、以下の関係式
ΔBiometricが以下の関係式
ΔAberrationが以下の関係式
ΔIOLPowerが以下の関係式
IOL不整合の条件を考慮して、基線値に対して前記誤差関数を減少させるようにレンズの形状係数を選択するステップであって、前記IOL不整合の条件が傾き及び/又は偏心であり、前記基線値が無矯正視力について0.65Dであり且つ最良矯正視力について0.33Dであり、前記形状係数が−0.5から4までの範囲内で選択される、ステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記誤差関数が更に、レンズによって定められる屈折力を補正する、概算誤差を組み入れる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誤差関数が更に、概算の収差誤差を組み入れる、請求項2に記載の方法。
