Claims (9)
- コンタクトブリッジ(3)と、
前記コンタクトブリッジのそれぞれ端部に配置された第一コンタクト(1)および第二コンタクト(2)と、
前記第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトの近傍にそれぞれ配置された第一永久磁石(4)および第二永久磁石(5)と、
前記コンタクトブリッジおよび前記第一永久磁石と前記第二永久磁石の間の近傍に配置された第三永久磁石(6)とを含む接触器であって、
前記第一永久磁石および前記第二永久磁石は、前記第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトに生じたアークが前記コンタクトブリッジから離れる方向へ移動させられるように同方向へ向き、
前記第三永久磁石は、前記第一永久磁石および前記第二永久磁石と反対方向へ向き、前記第一永久磁石および第二永久磁石とは反対方向に分極し、前記コンタクトブリッジの2つの対する面に配置される2つの永久磁石の組み合わせ(6,6a)からなることを特徴とする接触器。 - 前記第三永久磁石は、前記コンタクトブリッジの中央部で、前記第一永久磁石および前記第二永久磁石により生じた磁界を補償するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触器。
- 前記第三永久磁石は、前記コンタクトブリッジの中央部で、前記第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトを流れる電流により生じた磁界を補償するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接触器。
- 前記第三永久磁石は、前記コンタクトブリッジの中央部で、前記第一永久磁石および前記第二永久磁石により生じた磁界および前記第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトを流れる電流により生じた磁界が過剰となることを補償するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の接触器。
- 前記第三永久磁石は、前記コンタクトブリッジを流れる電流との組み合わせで、前記コンタクトブリッジに作用する全体の力を生じさせるために用いられ、前記第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトに対して前記コンタクトブリッジを閉位置に維持させることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の接触器。
- 前記コンタクトブリッジおよび第一コンタクトおよび前記第二コンタクトを流れる電流は、前記接触器の最大許容通電量であることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか1つに記載の接触器。
- 前記接触器の最大許容通電量は、100Aから10kAの範囲(好適には1kAのオーダー)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接触器。
- 前記第三永久磁石の大きさ、磁気強さ、配置の少なくとも1つは、前記コンタクトブリッジを閉位置に維持させる磁気力とアークに作用する磁気力を所望の割合とするために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の接触器。
- 前記コンタクトブリッジの中央部で、前記第三永久磁石の磁界を最大化するために、さらに磁極板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の接触器。
