Claims (1)
- 金属材を加熱するための、予熱帯、加熱帯、均熱帯からなる加熱炉において、前記加熱帯の一部に排ガスの熱を蓄えて燃焼用空気の予熱に利用する蓄熱式バーナを設置し、その他の加熱帯に通常バーナを設置するとともに、蓄熱式バーナ設置箇所での燃焼負荷が通常バーナ設置箇所での燃焼負荷よりも大きい加熱パターンでは、蓄熱式バーナを単独で使用し、通常バーナ設置箇所での燃焼負荷が蓄熱式バーナ設置箇所での燃焼負荷よりも大きい加熱パターンでは、前記蓄熱式バーナで予熱された燃焼用空気を、前記通常バーナの燃焼用空気に混合させることにより、加熱帯および加熱炉全体での燃料原単位を低減させることを特徴とする金属材の加熱方法。
