− そのフッ素系熱可塑性樹脂を、熱処理を使って該多孔質層上に固着させる工程、
− 該多孔質層に別の材料を含浸させる工程、及び
− 該多孔質層にその別の材料を接着させる工程。

Claims (16)
- − 基体(12)、
− 該基体(12)上に配置され、細孔容積(VP)を有する多孔質層(14)、
− 合成樹脂であるか又は合成樹脂を含み、そして該多孔質層(14)に含浸される、別の材料(16)、及び
− 該別の材料(16)を該多孔質層(14)に接合させるための、該多孔質層(14)及び該別の材料(16)との間の境界面(20)に配置されるフッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)、
を含む層状複合材料であって、
その際、該層状複合材料中の該フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂の体積(VF)が、該細孔容積(VP)の5%〜50%を占め、
その際、前記別の材料(16)が滑り層(18)として形成され、そして、
その際、前記滑り層(18)が、PTFE−ベース材料を含むか又はそれからなることを特徴とする、上記の層状複合材料。 - 前記フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)が、PFA、FEP、ETFE、PVDF、PCTFE又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)が粉末形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)の粒子が、100μm又はそれより小さい粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記滑り層(18)が、熱硬化性合成樹脂又は熱可塑性合成樹脂(30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記熱可塑性合成樹脂又は熱硬化性合成樹脂が、PFA、FEP、ETFE、PVDF、PCTFE、PEEK、PPS、PA、PPA、LCP、PES、PSU、PEI、PPTA、PBA、PI、PAI又はPPSO2、又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記滑り層(18)が、固形潤滑剤(24)、硬質粒子(26)及び/又は繊維(28)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記固形潤滑剤(24)が、MoS2、WS2、h−BN、Pb、Sn、PbO、Zn、ZnS、BaSO4、SnS2、黒鉛、CaF 2 又は層状シリケートであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記硬質粒子(26)が、SiC、Si3N4、BC、c−BN又は金属酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記繊維(28)が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維又はアラミド繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記多孔質層(14)が、アルミニウム及び/又は銅及び/又はこれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記多孔質層(14)が、焼結された粉末、金属発泡体、エキスパンドメタル(Streckmetall)、不織布又は織物材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料。
- 前記基体(12)が、鋼、アルミニウム及び/又は銅及び/又はこれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料(10)の多孔質層(14)に別の材料(16)を接合させるためのフッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)の使用であって、その際、該フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)は、該多孔質層(14)と別の材料(16)との間の境界面(20)に配置される、上記の使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の層状複合材料(10)の製造方法であって、次の工程、
− フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)を、多孔質層(14)上に施用する工程であって、その際、その層状複合材料中の該フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂の体積(VF)が、前記細孔容積(VP)の5%〜50%を占める、該工程、
− 熱処理を用いて、該フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)を該多孔質層(14)に固着させる工程、
− 該多孔質層(14)を、別の材料(16)で含浸する工程、そして
− 該多孔質層(14)を該別の材料(16)に接着させる工程、
を含む、上記の方法。 - 前記フッ素系熱可塑性樹脂(22)が、前記多孔質層(14)上に粉末又は分散物として施用されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
