Claims (10)
- コンプライアントプレートシールの製造方法であって、
各々が切り欠き部(76)を有している複数のT型シム(75)と各々が切り欠き部(71)を有している複数のスペーサシム(70)とを組み付けて規定角度で溶接治具(100)にパックし、これにより前方及び後方端部及び側部を有するシムパック(115)を形成する段階と、
前記溶接治具(100)に固定された上部プレート(110)に、前記シムパック(115)の側部を溶接する段階と、
前記スペーサシム(70)の前記切り欠き部(71)の下の下側部分(74)が前記シムパック(115)から除去されるように、前記スペーサーシム(70)の上側部分(72)を機械加工する段階と、
半径方向切り欠き領域を有する前記シムパック(115)を目標直径に成形する段階と
を含む方法。 - 半径方向流れプレート(170)を前記シムパック(115)に取り付ける段階を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶接治具(110)から前記上部プレート(110)及び前記シムパック(115)を除去する段階をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサシム(70)の上側部分と前記T型シム(75)が、前記シムパック(115)の側部の溶接中に前記上部プレート(110)に溶接される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記複数のT型シム(75)及び前記複数のスペーサシム(70)が、前記溶接治具(100)内に交互にパックされる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記上部プレート(110)及び前記シムパック(115)アセンブリの半径方向曲げを実施して、シャフトシール又はシャフトシールの弓形セグメントの少なくとも1つの形状を形成する段階を更に含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 半径方向流れプレート(170)を前記上部プレート(110)に取り付ける段階を更に含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記T型シム(75)の各々の切り欠き部(76)が、前記上部プレート(110)の除去された中央部分(161)と整列する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記半径方向曲げの前に、前記上部プレート(110)の厚みが薄肉化される、請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シムパック(115)が、前記溶接治具(100)のウィンドウ(150)を通して溶接される、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
