Claims (9)
- 複数のスイッチを有する中電圧および高電圧スイッチング素子のためのスイッチ装置において、
少なくとも1つの接点が点火剤により動作可能な可動接点であり、
複数のスイッチに対して、専用の点火素子が各スイッチに設けられており、点火時点に関して前記各点火素子が互いに連結される
ことを特徴とする、中電圧および高電圧スイッチング素子のためのスイッチ装置。 - 2つ以上の独立した前記スイッチが並列に接続され、前記各スイッチの推進剤が共通の点火素子を用いて点火されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。
- 2つ以上の独立したスイッチが直列に接続され、第1のスイッチの推進剤は電気的に直接点火され、第2のもしくは後続のスイッチの推進剤、または、その電気的な点火は、前記第1のスイッチから電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記第2のスイッチの前記推進剤は、光電素子により点火されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記各可動接点は、1つ以上の推進剤が内部に配置されたピストン−シリンダユニットに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記推進剤が点火される際に所期のブレークポイントでピストンにより穿刺される気密膜が、前記ピストンと接点部材との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のスイッチ装置。
- スイッチング路が内部に配置されたチャンバは少なくとも真空チャンバであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のスイッチ装置。
- ギャップによってそれぞれが互いに分離されている複数の金属のスクリーン素子が、前記スイッチング路に沿って前記各可動接点の周囲に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記可動接点は円錐形状に設計されており、固定された各接点には相補的に内端円錐が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のスイッチ装置。
