Claims (1)
- 上面と下面とを連通するオリフィスを開けたピストンの上面に設定圧力と二次側圧力との偏差に基づいて一次側流体を導入することにより前記ピストンを変位せしめて前記ピストンに連結した主弁を開閉操作するものにおいて、前記ピストンの変位により上端が前記オリフィス内に前記オリフィスの下部から上部に向けて進入して前記オリフィスに付着した異物を排除する異物排除部材を設けたことを特徴とする減圧弁。
