Claims (4)
- 下方から注入された液体試料が上端からオーバーフローする試料容器であって、その試料容器内の空間の水平断面が所定の深さから上方に向かうに従って広くなる試料容器と、 前記試料容器に液体試料を注入する試料注入手段と、
前記試料容器に注入された液体試料の上面に1次X線を照射するX線源と、
液体試料から発生する2次X線を検出する検出手段と、
前記試料容器に注入された液体試料が前記試料容器からオーバーフローすると注入を停止して測定を開始するように、前記試料注入手段、前記X線源および前記検出手段を制御する制御手段とを備える蛍光X線分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蛍光X線分析装置において、
液体試料の注入の停止後であって、液体試料の上面近傍の浮遊物質が沈降する所定の時間後に測定を開始するように、前記制御手段が前記X線源および前記検出手段を制御する蛍光X線分析装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の蛍光X線分析装置において、
前記試料容器が底部に液体試料を排出する排出バルブを有し、前記検出手段による2次X線の検出後に液体試料を排出するように、前記制御手段が前記排出バルブを制御する蛍光X線分析装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光X線分析装置において、
前記試料容器の上端との間に所定の間隙を有するX線透過膜を設けた蛍光X線分析装置。
