Description
米国特許第6715731号(B1)明細書には直接的に付勢される電動弁が開示されており、その電動弁が一端側で締付け固定された少なくとも1個の圧電式曲げ変換器を含んだ圧電式の駆動ユニットを備えてなり、その駆動ユニットを使用して弁体が直接的に駆動される。その際前記の圧電式の駆動ユニットが、特に互いに逆向きに指向する2個の圧電式曲げ変換器を含むことができる。
独国特許出願公開第102007008567号(A1)明細書には圧電アクチュエータと液圧式に動作するストローク増幅機構を備えた調節装置が開示されている。弁の制御ピストンの適宜な変位を実施するために、(比較的小さな)圧電アクチュエータのストロークが液圧式(あるいは流体静力学式)のストローク増幅機構によって増幅される。前記ストローク増幅のための調節装置の機能に対して、非圧縮性の圧力液が不可欠な前提条件となる。
Claims (11)
- ワークピースホルダと、レーザ加工ユニット(5)と、前記レーザ加工ユニットおよびワークピースホルダを互いに相対的に移動させる駆動ユニットと、装置制御装置と、ガス供給装置とからなる、レーザ光線を使用して金属のワークピースを切断するための装置であって、
前記ガス供給装置は、少なくとも1個のガス源(2)と、前記レーザ加工ユニットに割り当てられたガスノズル(6)と、前記ガスノズルを前記少なくとも1個のガス源に結合する配管構成(7)と、前記配管構成(7)内に配置されガス制御ユニット(65)に結合された少なくとも1個の比例圧力制御弁(4,4′,4″)とを備え、
前記比例式の圧力制御弁(4,4′,4″)と前記ガスノズル(6)とは前記レーザ加工ユニット(5)上に配置され、
前記比例式圧力制御弁(4,4′,4″)は、圧電気圧式のパイロットステージ(14,14′)とそれによって付勢される気圧式の出力ステージ(13)を含み、
前記圧電気圧パイロットステージ(14)は、前記気圧式の出力ステージ(13)のケース部材(15,19,20)上に直接的に設置された圧電気圧式のパイロット比例弁(40)と、吸気ノズル(44)と、排気ノズル(45)と、制御圧出力(55)と、前記吸気ノズル(44)と前記排気ノズル(45)との間で変位可能な圧電式曲げ変換器(43)とを備え、
前記圧電気圧式のパイロットステージ(14)の前記制御圧出力(55)は、前記出力ステージ(13)から構成される制御ピストン(18)の変位を制御する制御空間(57)に接続されることによって直接前記気圧式の出力ステージ(13)を付勢してなる装置。 - 圧電気圧式のパイロット比例弁(40)のケース部材(42)の内部空間(41)が気圧式の出力ステージ(13)と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧電気圧式のパイロット比例弁(40)の吸気ノズル(44)がそれのケース部材(42)内の開口部(52)を介して気圧式の出力ステージ(13)のケース部材(15,19,20)内に配置された制御ガス孔(53)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 制御ガス孔(53)が予圧調整器を介してガス供給装置のガス源(2)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 制御ガス孔(53)をガス供給装置とは別の制御ガス源(8)に接続することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 制御ガス孔が予圧調整器(67)を介して制御ガス源(8)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 気圧式の出力ステージ(13)が入口(E)と出口(A)と制御ピストン孔(16)内で軸方向に摺動可能に誘導される制御ピストン(18)とを備えるとともに、前記制御ピストンがケース部材上に固定された少なくとも1本の対応する第2の制御エッジ(35)と協働作用する第1の制御エッジ(34)を有してなり、前記第1および第2の制御エッジが前記入口と出口の間の流路内に配置された可変の制御スロットを定義することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第2の制御エッジ(35)を制御ピストン孔(16)に対する出口(A)の開口部の領域内に配置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 気圧式の出力ステージ(13)が通気機構(B)を有するとともに、ケース部材に固定された対応する第4の制御エッジ(37)と協働作用する第3の制御エッジ(36)を制御ピストン(18)が備え、前記第3および第4の制御エッジが出口(A)と通気機構(B)の間の流路内に配置された可変の第2の制御スロットを定義することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 第4の制御エッジ(37)が制御ピストン孔(16)に対する出口(A)の開口部の領域内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 第1および/または第2の制御エッジ(34;35)の塑形によって出口(A)を通気する際の通流制御特性を出口と入口(E)の接続によって比例弁を開放する際の通流制御特性と異なったものとすることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の装置。
