Claims (15)
- 長手方向に直交する断面が円形、非対称な楕円形または多角形状である細長い第1極性集電体、
上記第1極性集電体の外面に長手方向に予め決められた間隔で互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも二つ以上の第1極性電極活物質層、
上記少なくとも二つ以上の第1極性電極活物質層を囲むように充填された電解質層、
上記第1極性活物質層のそれぞれに対応する位置で上記電解質層の外面に予め決められた間隔で互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも二つ以上の第2極性活物質層、及び
上記第2極性活物質層の外面を囲むように構成された第2極性集電体を備え、上記第1極性活物質層間の予め決められた間隔における、前記第1極性電極活物質層および前記第2極性活物質層が形成されていない未形成部を屈曲させて、実質的にS字状に屈曲されるが、上記第1極性電極活物質層及び第2極性電極活物質層が形成された部分は互いに密着せずに離隔して屈曲された、電極組立体;及び
上記実質的にS字状に屈曲された上記電極組立体を囲むように構成されたカバー部材を備えることを特徴とするケーブル型二次電池。 - 上記第2極性集電体は、パイプ構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第2極性集電体は、メッシュ構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第2極性集電体は、上記第2極性活物質層の外面に巻線されたワイヤ構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第1極性活物質層のそれぞれは、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛、炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO)、Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeである金属類(Me);上記金属類(Me)から構成された合金類;上記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び上記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体からなる群より選択された何れか一つの活物質粒子またはこれらの中で2種以上の混合物からなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第2極性活物質層のそれぞれは、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4、LiNiMnCoO2、及びLiNi1-x-y-zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は、互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg、及びMoからなる群より選択された何れか一つであり、x、y、及びzは、互いに独立して、酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって0≦x<0.5、0≦y<0.5、0≦z<0.5、x+y+z≦1である)からなる群より選択された何れか一つの活物質粒子またはこれらの中で2種以上の混合物からなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第1極性集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したステンレススチール;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子または伝導性高分子のうち選択された何れか一つから製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第2極性集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したステンレススチール;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子または伝導性高分子のうち選択された何れか一つから製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記導電材は、互いに独立して、それぞれ、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、ITO、銅、銀、パラジウム、及びニッケルのうち選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記伝導性高分子は、互いに独立して、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、及びポリ窒化硫黄のうち選択された1種の化合物または2種以上の混合物の高分子であることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記電解質層は、PEO、PVdF、PMMA、PANまたはPVACを使用したゲル型高分子電解質、或いは、PEO、PPO、PEI、PESまたはPVAcを使用した固体電解質のうち選択された電解質からなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記電解質層は、リチウム塩をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、及びテトラフェニルホウ酸リチウムのうち選択された1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記第1極性は負極であり、上記第2極性は正極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- (a)長手方向に直交する断面が円形、非対称な楕円形または多角形状である細長いワイヤ型の第1極性集電体を用意するステップ;
(b)上記第1極性集電体の外面に長手方向に予め決められた間隔で互いに離隔して少なくとも二つ以上の第1極性電極活物質層を形成するステップ;
(c)上記少なくとも二つ以上の第1極性電極活物質層を囲むように電解質層を形成するステップ;
(d)上記第1極性活物質層のそれぞれに対応する位置で上記電解質層の外面に予め決められた間隔で互いに離隔して少なくとも二つ以上の第2極性活物質層を形成するステップ;
(e)上記第2極性活物質層を第2極性集電体で囲むステップ;
(f)上記第1極性活物質層間の予め決められた間隔における、前記第1極性電極活物質層および前記第2極性活物質層が形成されていない未形成部を屈曲させて、実質的にS字状に屈曲されるが、上記第1極性電極活物質層及び第2極性電極活物質層が形成された部分は互いに密着せずに離隔して屈曲された電極組立体を形成するステップ;及び
(g)上記実質的にS字状に屈曲された上記電極組立体をカバー部材で囲むステップを含むことを特徴とするケーブル型二次電池の製造方法。
