Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat such as a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat in which a seating portion is rotatable with respect to a vehicle body.
Vehicle seats, particularly vehicle seats, are sometimes installed so as to change the convenience of use such as riding and storage by being moved in the vehicle. There are various modifications to the seat layout so far. For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the seating portion is connected to the floor of the vehicle via the rotating member (21c) and lifted forward. Can be moved to the stowed state.
And in the vehicle seat described in Patent Document 1, the viscous damper (24) is provided at a fulcrum where the rotating member (21c) is coupled to the floor of the vehicle, and operates slowly when the seat is raised. It has become.
However, in the vehicle seat of Patent Document 1, since the damper is provided at the rotation fulcrum on which the seating portion of the seat is raised, there is no space around the rotation fulcrum, or the rotation fulcrum is movable. In some cases, it is difficult to provide a damper. Moreover, since it is close to the floor of the vehicle, there is a problem that it is easily affected by dust and the like.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that solves the above-described disadvantages and improves the degree of freedom of installation of a damper.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a vehicle seat capable of raising a seating portion by rotating the seating portion around a rotation axis with respect to a vehicle body, and having a predetermined resistance force A damper having a first portion and a second portion that are relatively rotatable with each other, a fixing portion for locking one of the first portion and the second portion to the seat portion, the first portion and the second portion A damping rotating shaft fixed to the other of the portions, the damping rotating shaft being disposed away from the rotating shaft, and rotating the seating portion around the rotating shaft to rotate the damping portion relative to the seating portion. A conversion mechanism that converts the rotation into a shaft is provided.
According to such a configuration, the damping rotation shaft fixed to the other of the first portion and the second portion of the damper is disposed away from the rotation shaft on which the seat seating portion rotates, and the rotation shaft Since the rotation of the surrounding seating portion is converted into the rotation of the damping rotation shaft by the conversion mechanism, the damper can be disposed even if there is no sufficient space around the rotation shaft. As described above, the degree of freedom in designing the installation position of the damper is increased, so that the size of the damper can be selected and the capacity of the damper can be made sufficiently large. Further, since the damper is installed away from the rotating shaft, it is difficult to be affected by dust such as dust. From this point of view, it is desirable that the attenuation rotation shaft is disposed away from the rotation shaft. In this way, the operation of the damper can be stabilized by making it less susceptible to dust.
The vehicle seat further includes a leg portion for supporting the seating portion on the floor of the vehicle main body, and the pivot shaft extends in the left-right direction below the front edge of the seating portion in the leg portion. The damping rotation shaft may be arranged to extend, and may be configured to be supported so as to be rotatable above the rotation shaft in a side member disposed on a side portion of the seating portion.
According to such a configuration, in the vehicle seat capable of a tumble operation that raises the seating portion forward about the rotation shaft below the front edge of the seating portion in the leg portion, the damper is separated from the lower portion of the leg portion to be upper. It is possible to dispose the damper with a relatively large space. Moreover, it becomes difficult to receive the influence of dust because a damper leaves | separates upwards from the floor of a vehicle.
In each of the vehicle seats described above, the damper is engaged with play with a predetermined width in the rotational direction of the damping rotation shaft with respect to the fixed portion, and in a predetermined angle range from the start of rotating the seating portion. When the first portion and the second portion rotate together within the range of play and the seating portion is rotated beyond a predetermined angle range, one of the first portion and the second portion is the seating portion. It is desirable to be locked against.
According to such a configuration, when the seating portion starts to be raised or when it starts to be tilted, the fixing portion and one of the first portion and the second portion of the damper are freely within the range of play (without receiving the resistance of the damper). Therefore, when the operation of the seating portion starts, the resistance of the damper does not work, and the seating portion can be easily started to move. When the seating part is rotated beyond the predetermined angle range, one of the first part and the second part is engaged with the seating part, so that the resistance of the damper works and the seating part rotates slowly. The second half of the operation can be performed.
In this configuration, when the center of gravity of the sheet at the time of tumble is positioned almost directly above or just above the rotation axis, and more preferably when it is almost above, one of the first part and the second part. It is desirable to be configured to engage with the seat portion. By doing so, the damper does not work while the seat is being lifted, so the seat can be lifted with a light force.
In the vehicle seat having the above-described legs, the damping rotation shaft is arranged so that two shaft members are connected to one by a joint and are spanned between the left and right side members, The other of the first part and the second part of the damper may be configured to be fixed to the side where the conversion mechanism is provided with respect to the joint of the two shaft members.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the influence of the twist of the damping rotating shaft as much as possible, and to increase the feeling of rigidity during the tumble operation and the recovery operation. Further, the damper operation is stabilized by disposing the damper near the conversion mechanism.
In the vehicle seat described above, the other of the first portion and the second portion of the damper may be fixed to the end of the damping rotation shaft.
According to such a configuration, it is not necessary to divide the damping rotating shaft into two parts for attaching the damper to the damping rotating shaft, and the damper can be easily attached.
The vehicle seat having the leg portion described above further includes a connecting member that is fixed so as to be spanned between the left and right side members, and that extends in parallel with the damping rotation axis. One of the first part and the second part may be configured to be locked to the connecting member.
With such a configuration, the damper can be installed while increasing the rigidity of the seat by the connecting member.
In this configuration, it is preferable that the connecting member has a plate shape, and the portion coupled to the side member is narrower than the position where the damper is fixed.
According to such a configuration, even if the conversion mechanism is provided in the vicinity of the side member of the seat, the connecting member and the conversion mechanism are less likely to interfere with each other, so that a compact arrangement of the moving members is possible.
According to the structure of Claim 1, even if there is not enough space around a rotating shaft, a damper can be arrange | positioned and a passenger | crew's leg | foot can also be enlarged. Further, since the damper is installed away from the rotating shaft, it is difficult to be affected by dust such as dust.
According to the configuration of the second aspect, the damper can be disposed with a relatively large space by providing the damper on the upper portion apart from the lower portion of the leg portion. Moreover, it becomes difficult to receive the influence of dust because a damper leaves | separates upwards from the floor of a vehicle.
According to the structure of
According to the configuration of the fourth aspect, it is possible to reduce the influence of twisting of the damping rotary shaft as much as possible, and to increase the feeling of rigidity during the tumble operation and the recovery operation.
According to the structure of Claim 5, a damper can be attached easily, without dividing | segmenting an attenuation | damping rotating shaft into two.
According to the configuration of the sixth aspect, the damper can be installed while increasing the rigidity of the seat by the connecting member.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the present embodiment, a vehicle seat provided on a rear seat of a passenger car will be described as an example of the seat in the vehicle of the present invention.

In this specification, the “sitting state” means a normal seat posture in which an occupant can sit on the vehicle seats 1R, 1L, and the “storing state” means the vehicle seats 1R, 1L. This means that the tumble is stored. The front, rear, left and right are based on the occupants sitting on the vehicle seats 1R, 1L, and the direction of the seats changes depending on the tumble operation. It shall be used as in the previous direction. Further, the symbols R and L are used in addition to the numerical symbols as meaning the right and left, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2, the

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the mounting
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The left end portion of the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the

[Configuration around damper 47]
As shown in FIG. 5, a
As shown in FIG. 6A, in the side view, the engaging
[Sheet layout change operation]
The operation of changing the seat layout of the vehicle seats 1R and 1L configured as described above will be described.
When the
At this time, the vehicle seat 1 </ b> R rotates forward about the
When the

During the tumble operation of the
As described above, in order to lift the
In the recovery operation of the
When the
The case where the
Thus, according to the vehicle seats 1R and 1L of the present embodiment, the
Since the
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified and implemented.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the
Thus, the
In this modification, the connecting
In the above embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, the damping rotation shaft to which the
In the above-described embodiment, the damping rotation shaft is provided above the
In the above-described embodiment, the vehicle seat is taken as an example of the vehicle seat. However, the present invention can also be applied to other vehicle seats such as ships, airplanes, and railway vehicles.
