Description
− 黒鉛繊維と、リチウム電池に使用される天然および人工のカーボンとからなり、大阪ガス会社が供給する材料のMCMB2528黒鉛、即ちメソカーボンマイクロビーズ、
− カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、
− NBR、即ちPolymer Latex GmbHがバインダーとして供給するPerbunan−N−Latexの水溶液、ならびに
− Tenax(登録商標)繊維と、TIMCAL社が電子伝導体として供給するSFG6(登録商標)繊維との組合せ
からなり、銅箔上に被覆された
複合体で作製されたシートであった。
Claims (4)
- 基板上にシリコンを電気化学的に析出させるステップを含むタイプのシリコン系電極を製造する方法であって、
前記電気化学析出ステップが、N−ブチル−N−メチルピロリジニウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドおよびN−エチル−N,N−ジメチル−N−(2−メトキシエチル)アンモニウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドから選択される少なくとも1種のイオン液体と、
式SiCl 4 の四塩化ケイ素であるシリコン前駆体と
を含む溶液における、
SiCl 4 を還元する電位でシリコンを析出させた後、塩化物を除いて塩素ガスを放出するように、正電位の方へ電位走査を実施するサイクリックボルタンメトリーによる電気化学析出ステップであることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基板が、KCl飽和カロメル電極に対して−4Vの電位まで安定な導電性材料で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基板が、銅、ニッケル、ステンレス鋼、グラッシーカーボン、黒鉛、ならびに黒鉛および/またはカーボンブラックおよび/またはカーボンナノチューブに基づく複合体で形成される群から選択される材料で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記基板が銅基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
