Description
Claims (14)
- 一側に配置されたキャップ組立体を含むベアセルと、
前記キャップ組立体上に配置されたアダプタ部材と、
前記ベアセルに電気的に連結され、保護回路を含む保護回路モジュールと
を含み、
前記アダプタ部材は前記保護回路モジュールを収容する安着部を含み、
前記ベアセルは缶と、
前記缶内に収容された電極組立体と、
前記缶の一端をシーリングするキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体から突出した電極端子と
を含み、
前記アダプタ部材は、前記保護回路モジュールと前記ベアセルを電気的に連結するための第1リードと第2リードを内部に備え、
前記第1リードは前記ベアセルのキャップ組立体を外部入出力端子部に電気的に連結し、前記第2リードは前記ベアセルの電極端子を外部入出力端子部に電気的に連結し、
前記キャップ組立体は前記電極組立体の第1電極に、前記電極端子は前記電極組立体の第2電極にそれぞれ電気的に連結され、絶縁シートが前記第2リードとキャップ組立体との間に形成され、
前記アダプタ部材は前記第1リードに対応する位置として前記ベアセルと向かい合う表面上に第1溝が備えられ、
前記第2リードに対応する位置として前記ベアセルと向かい合う表面上に第2溝が形成されて前記ベアセルと前記第2リードが電気的に連結される空間を提供し、
前記保護回路モジュールは前記アダプタ部材と向かい合う保護回路モジュールの下向きの表面上に第1接続端子と第2接続端子を含み、前記第1接続端子と第2接続端子はそれぞれ、前記アダプタ部材の内部に備えられた前記第1リード、第2リードとそれぞれ電気的に連結されることを特徴とするバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記アダプタ部材は第1連結溝と第2連結溝を含み、
前記第1連結溝は前記第1リードと第1接続端子に対応する位置として前記保護回路モジュールと向かい合うアダプタ部材の表面上に形成され、
前記第2連結溝は前記第2リードと第2接続端子に対応する位置として前記保護回路モジュールと向かい合うアダプタ部材の表面上に形成されて前記第2リードと第2接続端子が電気的に連結されるようにする空間を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記保護回路モジュールは複数のベアセルに電気的に連結可能であり、前記複数のベアセルは円筒形、角形、円形又はパウチタイプのいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材は、内部に安全素子を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記安全素子はフューズ、バイメタル、PTCのうちいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記安全素子は前記ベアセルの電極端子と保護回路モジュールとの間に電気的に連結された第2リードに電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材は、モールディング材料で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記アダプタ部材と機械的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材と向かい合う保護回路モジュールの一領域上に結合突起と前記保護回路モジュールと向かい合う前記アダプタ部材の一領域上に結合溝を形成し、前記結合突起は前記結合溝に連結されて前記保護回路モジュールと前記アダプタ部材は互いに機械的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記保護回路モジュールの外部に露出する一面に外部入出力端子部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材の外部に露出する表面に外部入出力端子部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材は内部に補助基板を更に含み、
前記補助基板の一側は前記アダプタ部材の外側に露出した外部入出力端子部で形成され、前記補助基板の他側はアダプタ部材の内部に備えられた連結部材を通じて前記保護回路モジュールと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記保護回路モジュールとアダプタ部材を覆うケースを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタ部材と保護回路モジュールのいずれか1つに形成された外部入出力端子部と、前記外部入出力端子部と接触するケースの一領域に形成されたパッド部を含み、
前記パッド部は前記外部入出力端子部と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
