Description
エマルジョンを、成分A(ジシクロペンタジエンモノマー(DCPD))と、乳化剤のエチレン無水マレイン酸共重合体(EMA)を含む水に溶けた成分B(ポリマー(アルギン酸ナトリウム))とから以下のように作製した。5.0mlの2.5重量%EMA水溶液を25mlのH2Oと混合した。その後、0.75gのアルギン酸ナトリウムを、水を60℃まで加熱することによってこの溶液に溶解させた。完全にポリマーを溶解させた後、混合物は室温まで冷やされ、得られたポリマー溶液に5mlのDCPDを機械的攪拌によって分散させ、エマルジョンを得た。並行して、CaCl2の0.45M溶液を作製した。
0.5重量%着色剤(分散赤1(シグマオールドリッチ)CAS#2872−52−8)が加えられ、DCPD(成分A)に溶かされたことの付加とともに、例1が繰り返された。結果として生じる繊維は、エポキシマトリックスに(特定の長さの繊維を鋳型に挿入し、繊維の周りにエポキシ樹脂をつけることによって、そして、その後、樹脂を堅くすることにより)挿入された。マトリックスが破壊すると、着色した液体は、繊維から漏れて、マトリックスの割れ目を満たした。
Claims (16)
- 異方性形状を有し、互いに独立した複数の空孔を含むポリマー材料であって、前記空孔は機能性液体を含み、前記材料は2より大きいアスペクト比L/Dを有する、材料。
- 請求項1に記載のポリマー材料であって、該材料は繊維の形状を有する、材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー材料であって、前記空孔は平均直径10nm〜1mmを有する、材料。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のポリマー材料であって、前記機能性液体は硬化剤又は架橋剤である、材料。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のポリマー材料であって、前記機能性液は着色剤である、材料。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のポリマー材料を作る方法であって、
a.機能性液体(分散相;成分A)及びポリマー溶液(連続相;成分B)からエマルジョンを作るステップと、
b.成分Bを硬化させるステップと
を有する方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、成分Bは乳化剤を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の方法であって、成分Bの前記ポリマーはアルギン酸ナトリウムである、方法。
- 請求項6乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、成分Aの前記機能性液体はジシクロペンタジエンモノマーである、方法。
- 請求項6乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記ステップbは、成分Bの前記ポリマーと反応する成分を含む液体にステップaの前記エマルジョンを紡糸することによって実行される、方法。
- マトリックス材料及び充填材料を含み、該充填材料は請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のポリマー材料である、複合材料。
- 請求項11に記載の複合材料であって、前記マトリックス材料はポリマーである、複合材料。
- 請求項11に記載の複合材料であって、前記マトリックス材料はコンクリート又はセラミック材料である、複合材料。
- 請求項11乃至13の何れか一項に記載の複合材料であって、該複合材料は前記機能性液体の活性剤を含む、複合材料。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のポリマー材料の複合材料における使用。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の複合材料からできた物品。
