Description
− 上記デバイスを生物学的導管または中空臓器における傷部位、特に血管の傷部位に位置付ける工程と、
− 上記デバイスを上記創傷の治療に適した細胞、特に肉線維芽細胞の懸濁液で充填する工程と、
− 少なくとも所定期間であって、治療に有効な量の細胞が傷の方向に移動されるのに十分なかつ/または細胞が治療的に有効なパラクリン(paracrine)効果を与えるのに十分な所定期間について所定位置にデバイスを維持する工程と、
を備える。
− 上記デバイスを平坦創傷の部位に位置付ける工程と、
− 上記デバイスを上記創傷の治療に適した細胞、特に肉線維芽細胞の懸濁液で充填する工程と、
− 少なくとも所定期間であって、治療に有効な量の細胞が創傷の方向に移動されるのに十分なかつ/または細胞が治療的に有効なパラクリン効果を与えるのに十分な所定期間について所定位置にデバイスを維持する工程と、
を備える。
本明細書で対象としているような「細胞治療法」は、例えば歯肉線維芽細胞を用いて、個体の組織における例えば血管の傷または皮膚の創傷などの傷を、上記傷を治療するのに適した細胞を上記個体に投与することによって、治すことに関する。
図1から図4は、本発明におけるデバイスの第1実施形態を示しており、この実施形態は、血管の傷を治療するのに適している。
Claims (15)
- 細胞治療のためのデバイスであって、
当該デバイスは、
生体組織に付けられるように設計されており、
少なくとも堅固な第1壁部であって当該第1壁部と前記生体組織との間にキャビティを形成するように設計されている第1壁部と、
少なくとも多孔性部分を有する第2壁部と、
前記キャビティに治療物質を供給する供給手段と、を有し、
前記キャビティは、前記第1及び第2壁部間に形成されており、
治療薬は、前記多孔性部分を通って投与され、
前記第2壁部は、生体適合性を有し、
当該デバイスは、ほぼシリンダ状をなしており、
前記第1壁部は、堅固な内壁部であり、
前記第2壁部は、外壁部であり、
拡張手段は、前記内壁部に径方向外方の圧力をもたらし、前記内壁部を前記外壁部に推進させるために設けられており、当該デバイスの径方向拡張をもたらす傾向があることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記供給手段は、供給カテーテルに接続して前記治療物質を供給して供給後に当該供給手段を通って供給された前記治療物質が漏洩することを防止するバルブを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 当該デバイスの2つのほぼ反対側の端部それぞれに1つある少なくとも2つの前記バルブがあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- カテーテル部分は、取り外し可能な方式で、前記供給カテーテルを分岐するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記多孔性部分は、微小穿孔材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記多孔性部分は、ウィードファブリックで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記多孔性部分は、コラーゲンで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2壁部の一方は、前記第1及び第2壁部の他方を向く面において、浮彫状のパターンを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記外壁部は、2つの堅固な環状端部と、前記環状端部間にある前記多孔性部分と、を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記拡張手段は、弾性手段であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記拡張手段は、ステント型であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャビティを充填する治療薬は、細胞の懸濁液であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記懸濁液中の前記細胞は、歯肉線維芽細胞であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 生物学的導管または中空臓器における傷の治療に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から13いずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 血管の傷の治療に使用されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のデバイス。
