Description
Claims (7)
- 水及び煎出チャンバにおいて封入されるある量の抽出可能材料に基づいて飲料を作る工程において使用される水の圧力を制御する方法であって、
前記煎出チャンバに対する前記水の供給中に水の圧力を測定する段階と、
該測定された圧力を所定の圧力と比較する段階と、
前記測定された圧力が前記所定の圧力から逸脱する場合に、前記煎出チャンバの内部容積の寸法を調節する段階と、
を有し、
前記煎出チャンバの前記内部容積は、前記測定された圧力が前記所定の圧力より高い場合に増大され、前記煎出チャンバの前記内部容積は、前記測定された圧力が前記所定の圧力より低い場合に低減される、
方法。 - 前記煎出チャンバに対する前記水の供給中に水の前記圧力を測定する前記段階は、前記煎出チャンバの前記内部容積の前記寸法を所定の初期値に設定する段階に先行される、
請求項1記載の方法。 - ピストンが与えられ、
前記煎出チャンバの前記内部容積の前記寸法は、前記煎出チャンバにおいて該ピストンを動かすことによって機械的に調節される、
請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 水及びある量の抽出可能材料に基づいて飲料を作る装置であって、
前記ある量の抽出可能材料を収容する煎出チャンバと、
該煎出チャンバに対して水を供給する水供給ラインと、
前記水の圧力を制御する制御ユニットと、
を有し、
前記煎出チャンバの内部容積の寸法は、調節可能であり、
前記制御ユニットは、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の方法を行なうよう適合される、
装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記水供給ラインにおける前記水の前記圧力を測定するよう適合される、圧力計を有する、
請求項4記載の装置。 - ピストンを有し、
前記煎出チャンバは、シリンダ状に形成され、
前記ピストンは、前記煎出チャンバにおいて可動に配置される、
請求項4又は5記載の装置。 - 前記ピストンを駆動するようラックアンドピニオンドライブを有する、
