Description
−所定量のコーヒー粉を抽出室に注入するステップ;
−抽出室に注入されたコーヒー粉に水を供給し、コーヒーを抽出するステップであって、その際に、体積流量を、特に抽出室を通って流れる水の体積流量を閉ループ制御量として求め、体積流量目標値と比較するステップ;
−抽出されたコーヒー飲料が目標体積に達すると、抽出工程を終了するステップ。
S1:所定量のコーヒー粉を抽出室に注入するステップ;
S2:抽出室に注入されたコーヒー粉に水を供給し、コーヒーを抽出するステップであって、その際に、体積流量を、特に抽出室を通って流れる水の体積流量を閉ループ制御量として求め、体積流量目標値と比較するステップ;
S3:所定の体積流量目標値からの偏差が生じている場合には、ピストンの位置を、従って抽出室における(1回又は複数回の)押圧力を調整量として閉ループ制御により変更するステップ。

Claims (8)
- ピストン駆動部(11)を有しているピストン(3)が内部に可動に配置されていることから、抽出室(6)の容積が変化する抽出シリンダ(2)と、制御装置(22)と、を備えているコーヒーマシンにおける抽出工程によって、コーヒー粉からコーヒー飲料を製造する方法において、
前記抽出工程は、少なくとも以下の方法ステップを備えている:即ち、
S1:所定量のコーヒー粉(7)をミル(8)から前記抽出室(6)に注入するステップと、
前記ピストン(3)により、前記抽出室(6)内のコーヒーケーキの高さを測定するステップと、
前記コーヒーケーキの高さから前記ミルのミル能力を推定するステップと、
S2:前記抽出室(6)に注入された前記コーヒー粉(7)に水を供給し、前記コーヒー飲料を準備するステップであって、前記抽出室(6)を通って流れる前記水の体積流量を閉ループ制御量として求め、体積流量目標値と比較するステップと、
S3:所定の体積流量目標値からの偏差が前記ステップS2において求められると、前記ピストン(3)の位置を、従って前記抽出室(6)内で前記コーヒー粉に掛かる押圧力を調整量として、前記ミル能力に応じて較正された閉ループ制御により変更し、前記体積流量を前記体積流量目標値に調整するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ステップS2及び前記ステップS3を、前記抽出工程中に継続的に繰り返し実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップS4において、抽出されたコーヒー飲料が目標体積に到達した際に、前記抽出工程を終了する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記体積流量目標値は、前記抽出工程にわたり一定の値である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記体積流量目標は、前記抽出工程にわたり可変の値である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置(22)のメモリに、種々のコーヒー飲料に対して異なる製造プロファイルデータセットが記憶されており、各データセットの事前に記憶されるデータには、少なくとも、それぞれ1つの事前に記憶された体積流量目標値が属する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記体積流量目標値を、その都度実行されるべき抽出工程のパラメータから計算により算出する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記体積流量目標値の算出に、別のパラメータとして、挽き具合、及び、前記抽出室に供給される前記コーヒー粉の量を考慮する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
