Description
熱可塑性プラスチックの溶融温度にプリプレグを加熱し、真空下で圧縮し、そして、装置全体を冷却する。
しかし、この装置は、精密なある構造に合わせて特別に設計されたインダクターを直接組み込んだ剛体金型を用いる必要があり、やはり特定形状の複合材料のためにかなり大きな投資が必要になる。
Claims (20)
- 複合材料から成る部品を製造するための成形装置であって、
変形可能な膜(1)と、
剛体部分(2)と、
膜(1)と剛体部分(2)の間に真空を印加するための吸引手段(3)と、
を含み、
変形可能な膜(1)は電源ケーシング(6)に結合された少なくとも一つのインダクター(4)を含み、
剛体部分(2)は少なくとも部分的に導電性であることを特徴とする成形装置。 - インダクター(4)は、電気抵抗率が10-8から10-1 Ω.mの間にある金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- インダクター(4)は可撓性ダクトで構成され、その中を導電性流体が循環することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の成形装置。
- 膜(1)は面であり、インダクター(4)は膜の厚さに含まれるコイルを画定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 膜(1)は管状であり、インダクター(4)はソレノイドを画定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 膜(1)が弾性的であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 膜(1)はさらに、導電性粒子、フェロフルイド、導電性流体の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の成形装置。
- 膜はさらに冷却手段(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 剛体部分(2)の表面(7,8)だけが導電性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の成形装置。
- 剛体部分は剛体部分の導電性である表面(8)の下に配置された断熱層(9)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 剛体部分(2)は磁性物質で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 剛体部分は磁性物質が被膜されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- さらに吸引手段(3)が真空を生成したときに膜(1)と剛体部分(2)を合わせて封止する封止手段(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の成形装置。
- 装置は複合材料の温度を測定するための熱電対と複合材料の温度に応じて電源ケーシングの周波数サーボ回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 装置はその構成成分の少なくともひとつに振動運動を印加する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の成形装置を実際に用いて複合材料から成る部品を成形する方法であって、
成形装置に補強材と複合材料を構成するマトリクスを剛体部分と可撓性膜の間のスペースに導入するステップと、
膜と剛体部分の間に真空を印加するステップと、
インダクターに粗い電源手段を供給することを含む実施サイクルを適用するステップと、を含む成形方法。 - 実施サイクルの間に膜と剛体部分の間の圧力を変化させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の成形方法。
- さらに、実施サイクルの間に膜に可変応力を加えるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の方法。
- 実施サイクルの間に電流の周波数が変化することを特徴とする請求項16〜18の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- さらに温度が可変な複合材料を冷却するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16〜19の何れか一項に記載の方法。
