Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 熱硬化性複合材部品を硬化させるための方法であって、
加熱アセンブリ内に熱硬化性複合材部品を配置することと、
前記加熱アセンブリを用いて所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱することと、
加圧容器内に前記加熱アセンブリを配置することと、
前記加圧容器を用いて前記熱硬化性複合材部品に対して一体化圧力を加えることと、
前記加圧容器から前記加熱アセンブリを取り出すことと、
前記加熱アセンブリを用いて前記熱硬化性複合材部品を冷却することと、を含む方法。 - 前記加熱アセンブリは、前記熱硬化性複合材部品を受けるように構成された硬化ツールを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、前記硬化ツールに配置された前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部、又は、前記硬化ツールに配置された前記熱硬化性複合材部品の一部に対応する前記硬化ツールの一部を覆うように構成された1つ以上の加熱ブランケットをさらに含み、
前記1つ以上の加熱ブランケットは、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を加熱するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化ツールは、加熱要素を含み、前記硬化ツールに配置された前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を前記所定温度まで加熱するように構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化ツールは、熱伝導性のツール面を含み、
前記ツール面は、前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部に接触するように構成された第1面と、前記1つ以上の加熱ブランケットの少なくとも一部に接触するように構成された第2面と、を含み、
前記1つ以上の加熱ブランケットによって生成された熱は、前記ツール面を介して、前記ツール面に接触する前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を前記所定温度まで加熱する、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 前記一体化圧力は、前記熱硬化性複合材部品が前記所定温度に到達した後に前記熱硬化性複合材部品に加えられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、前記加圧容器内で前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、当該加熱アセンブリが前記加圧容器内に配置される前に、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、当該加熱アセンブリが前記加圧容器内に配置された後に、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性複合材部品を硬化させるためのシステムであって、
加熱アセンブリと、
加圧容器と、を含み、
前記加熱アセンブリは、熱硬化性複合材部品を受けて、所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱するように構成されており、
前記加圧容器は、前記加熱アセンブリが前記加圧容器内に配置されると、前記熱硬化性複合材部品に対して一体化圧力を加えるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記加熱アセンブリは、硬化ツールを含み、当該硬化ツールは、前記熱硬化性複合材部品を受けるとともに、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を加熱する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化ツールは、加熱面を含み、当該加熱面は、前記熱硬化性複合材部品に接触するとともに、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を加熱するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化ツールは、熱伝導性表面を含み、当該熱伝導性表面は、前記熱硬化性複合材部品に接触するとともに、熱を伝達することによって前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を加熱するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、誘導加熱ブランケットをさらに含み、前記誘導加熱ブランケットは、前記硬化ツールに配置された前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部、又は、前記熱硬化性複合材部品の一部に対応する前記硬化ツールの一部を覆うとともに、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品の少なくとも一部を加熱するように構成されている、請求項11〜13のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱アセンブリは、当該加熱アセンブリが前記加圧容器内に配置される前に、前記所定温度まで前記熱硬化性複合材部品を加熱するように構成されている、請求項10〜14のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
