Claims (4)
- 循環排ガスが予熱器により加熱され、且つ前記循環排ガスに酸素を混合して得られた混合ガスを曲り部を有する燃焼用ガスダクトによりボイラ火炉に導いている酸素燃焼ボイラの酸素混合装置であって、前記燃焼用ガスダクトにおける予熱器に最も接近した上流の曲り部に、複数の噴射口を有して循環排ガス中に酸素を噴射する酸素噴射ノズルが燃焼用ガスダクトに上部から内部に貫通して設けられ、前記酸素噴射ノズルは、全ての噴射口が燃焼用ガスダクトの曲り部によって発生する循環排ガスによる渦流部を避けた位置に開口しており、酸素噴射ノズルの下端に、ノズル内へ浸入した微小粒子をノズル外へ噴出するための先端噴射口を有する酸素燃焼ボイラの酸素混合装置。
- 前記予熱器に最も接近した曲り部は、鉛直に設けた前記予熱器の下部から導入して加熱した循環排ガスが上部導出口から上方へ出た直後に水平方向へ曲げられた曲り部である請求項1に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの酸素混合装置。
- 前記酸素噴射ノズルは、循環排ガスの下流側周面で酸素噴射ノズルの軸線を通り且つ循環排ガスの流れと並行な面に対して対称に45゜の範囲に噴射口を有している請求項1に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの酸素混合装置。
- 前記酸素燃焼ボイラは、酸素燃焼による微粉炭焚ボイラである請求項1に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの酸素混合装置。
