Description

Claims (13)
- 近位側部分と遠位側部分とを有し、収縮した挿入位置からより大きな断面寸法を有する拡大位置に移動可能であり、複数の支柱を含んでいる本体と、
該本体から遠位側に延びる、少なくとも2つの細長い支柱部と、
前記本体から外側に広がり、血管内壁と係合する複数の血管係合部材と、
収縮した搬送位置と拡大した配置位置との間を移動可能である弁と、
を含み、
該弁の少なくとも一部が、前記搬送位置及び前記配置位置において前記本体から遠位側に延びており、前記弁の配置位置において前記細長い支柱部が、前記弁の遠位側と係合して該弁を保持し、
前記細長い支柱部が、該弁の長手方向に向かって延びる内側に角度の付いた支柱部分を有する血管器具。 - 近位側部分と遠位側部分とを有し、収縮した挿入位置からより大きな断面寸法を有する拡大位置に移動可能であり、複数の支柱を含んでいる本体と、
該本体から遠位側に延びる、少なくとも2つの細長い支柱部と、
前記本体から外側に広がり、血管内壁と係合する複数の血管係合部材と、
収縮した搬送位置と拡大した配置位置との間を移動可能である弁と、
を含み、
該弁の少なくとも一部が、前記搬送位置及び前記配置位置において前記本体から遠位側に延びており、前記弁の配置位置において前記細長い支柱部が、前記弁の遠位側と係合して該弁を保持し、
前記弁は少なくとも2つの孔を有し、前記配置位置において、前記細長い支柱部部分が前記弁の孔を通って延びる血管器具。 - 前記血管係合部材は、前記血管内壁を半径方向に引っ張るものである請求項1又は2の血管器具。
- 前記本体は形状記憶材料により構成され、前記拡大位置は、実質的に前記本体の記憶した部分に対応し、前記本体は、拡大可能な部材により第2拡大位置に、更に拡大される請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 収縮位置において、前記細長い支柱部は、少なくとも前記弁の外側近位側部分に延びる請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 収縮位置において、前記細長い支柱の遠位端は、前記弁の遠位端の上を延びる請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 搬送シースから前記弁を露出させたとき、前記弁が本体側の近位側に引き寄せられる請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 前記弁内に配置された拡大リングを更に含み、前記挿入位置において前記リングが収縮位置にある請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- さらに、前記弁に接続された引き寄せ部材を含み、前記引き寄せ部材が前記弁に引き寄せ力を与えて前記弁を近位側に引っ張る請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 前記引き寄せ部材は、少なくとも1つの形状記憶ワイヤを含む請求項9の血管器具。
- 前記弁が複数の孔を有し、前記弁の収縮により前記細長い部材が該弁の孔を通って延びるようになる請求項9又は10の血管器具。
- 前記弁内に収められた拡大可能なリングを更に含み、該拡大可能なリングは、前記弁に半径方向の力を与え、前記弁を血管壁に対して付勢する1乃至11の何れか1項記載の血管器具。
- 前記本体は、体温に曝されることに応答して最初に記憶状態に拡大し、次に、拡大可能な部材により拡大位置に拡大可能である請求項4の血管器具。
