Description
Claims (4)
- 注射を行うシステムであって、
近位端及び遠位端を有し、縦軸を画定する注入カテーテルと、
前記注入カテーテルの遠位端に装着された可撓性アレイであって、自身が実質的に円筒形状で前記注入カテーテルの軸線と位置合わせされる保護構成と、自身が実質的に円板形状で、前記軸線に対して実質的に垂直の面にあるフレア状構成との間で移動可能である可撓性アレイと、
前記注入カテーテルの遠位端に装着され、前記アレイが保護構成である場合に前記可撓性アレイによって覆われる針と、
前記注入カテーテルの遠位端にて前記可撓性アレイと係合するために前記注入カテーテルの近位端に装着されたロック機構とを備え、前記ロック機構が、前記アレイを前記フレア状構成へ付勢して注射中に組織に当接するようにさせる収縮ばねを含み、前記ロック機構が、その保護構成から前記フレア状構成へと前記アレイを解放し、その後に注射するために前記アレイをそのフレア状構成で保持し、その後に前記可撓性アレイをそのフレア状構成からその保護構成へと移動させるように選択的に操作されるシステム。 - 前記可撓性アレイが、
前記注入カテーテルの遠位端に固定状態で取り付けられた近位リング部材と、
前記近位リング部材に対して前記軸線に沿って移動可能な遠位リング部材と、
複数のワイヤとを備え、各ワイヤが、前記遠位リング部材に付加された第1の端部及び前記近位リング部材に付加された第2の端部を有し、前記近位リング部材が前記遠位リング部材と並置された場合に、各ワイヤが付勢されて前記垂直面にループを形成し、前記アレイのそのフレア状構成を確立する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ばねが、前記注入カテーテルの近位端にて前記注入カテーテルに取り付けられた第1の端部と、前記可撓性アレイの遠位リング部材に取り付けられた第2の端部とを有し、前記ばねは、前記アレイがそのフレア状構成である場合に弛緩し、
前記ロック機構が、前記ばねを引き伸ばしてその保護構成で前記可撓性アレイを確立するために前記遠位リング部材を前進させることと、その後に前記ばねの影響下で前記可撓性アレイをそのフレア状構成に復帰させるために、前記遠位リング部材を解放することとを交互に実行する押しボタンレバーをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 近位端及び遠位端を有し、縦軸を画定する管腔が形成された注入カテーテルと、
可変長の先端を有し、前記注入カテーテルの遠位端に装着されて前記管腔と流体連通している針と、
前記注入カテーテルの遠位端に装着された可撓性アレイであって、自身が前記針の先端を越えて遠位方向に延在する保護構成と、自身が実質的に円板形状で、前記針の先端が自身を越えて遠位方向に延在する状態で前記軸線に対して実質的に垂直の面にあるフレア状構成との間で移動可能である可撓性アレイと、
前記可撓性アレイと前記注入カテーテルの近位端との間を相互接続する収縮ばねであって、前記収縮ばねは、前記可撓性アレイをその保護構成からそのフレア状構成へ付勢し、その後に、注射するために、前記アレイをそのフレア状構成で保持するためのものであり、前記収縮ばねは、注射後に、続いて前記可撓性アレイをそのフレア状構成からその保護構成へと移動させるために操作可能である、収縮ばねと、
を備える注射器。
