図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係わるシステム構成を示す図である。図1では、顧客宅にエネルギー管理装置として動作するHEMS(Home Energy Management System)装置101と、宅内機器の電力利用量を計測するメータ装置102が設置され、ネットワークを介してインターネット上のAMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure)ヘッドエンド301と接続している。AMIヘッドエンド301はコンピューティングサーバ装置として実現され、メータ装置102の計測情報を収集するMDMS(Metering Data Management System)機能302と、電力の需給制御の指示を管理するDRMS(Demand Response Management System)機能303を備える。これらの機能は別個のサーバ装置に分離した上で、DB(Data Base)を介して連携動作させる構成でも同様の機能を実現可能である。但し、以後の記載においては、1つのサーバ装置が双方の機能を搭載した場合の例を元に発明の実施形態を説明する。尚、本発明の実施形態は家庭向けだけではなく、例えば、ビルディングオートメーションのエネルギー制御システムにおいても同様の手順で摘要することが出来る。ビルディング向けのエネルギー管理装置は、一般にBEMS(Building Energy Management System)と呼ばれ、設備ネットワーク内の照明や空調の制御を行う。但し、以後の記載においては、HEMSの例を元に実施形態を説明する。
本発明の第2の実施形態は、機密性、完全性、可用性を保証するセキュアな機器登録を実現するものである。第2の実施形態におけるシステムは、第1の実施形態と同様、図1の構成を用いることを前提とする。第1の実施形態では、顧客宅に設置されたメータ装置102やHEMS装置101がインターネット上のAMIヘッドエンド301に対して機器登録を行う際、通信メッセージの暗号化や装置間の認証は考慮されていなかった。このため、電力事業者と契約を結んだ正規の顧客以外の第3者が正規顧客になりすまして、不正な情報をAMIヘッドエンド301と送受信する問題や、通信路上の個人情報が盗聴される問題、AMIヘッドエンド301に対するDoS(Denial of Service)によってシステム全体が停止する問題等が発生し得る。このため、インターネット上を流れる通信メッセージの暗号化や、AMIヘッドエンド301と顧客宅の各装置を相互に認証することで、機密性、完全性、可用性を保証することが必要になる。
Claims (9)
- 機器の利用エネルギー量を計測するメータ装置、および前記メータ装置と通信可能であり前記メータ装置から計測情報の収集を行うサーバ装置のうち少なくとも前記メータ装置と通信可能な通信部と、
前記通信部が前記サーバ装置と通信可能か否かを判定し、可能なときは、前記メータ装置の機器識別子とエネルギー管理装置の機器識別子とを前記サーバ装置に関連づけて登録することを要求する機器登録メッセージを前記サーバ装置に送信し、可能でないときは前記サーバ装置への前記機器登録メッセージの送信指示を前記メータ装置に送る機器登録処理部と、
前記サーバ装置から送信される前記機器のエネルギー制御情報を取得する通信処理部と、
前記エネルギー制御情報に基づいて前記機器の利用エネルギー量を制御する制御実行処理部と、
を備えたエネルギー管理装置。 - 前記機器登録処理部は、前記通信部が前記サーバ装置と通信可能と判定したときは、前記メータ装置から前記メータ装置の機器識別子を受信し、前記メータ装置の機器識別子と前記エネルギー管理装置の機器識別子とを含めた前記機器登録メッセージを生成して前記サーバ装置に送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理装置。 - 前記機器登録処理部は、前記通信部が前記サーバ装置と通信可能でないと判定したときは、前記機器登録メッセージの送信を指示する登録指示メッセージを前記エネルギー管理装置の機器識別子を含めて前記メータ装置に送信する

ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理装置と、機器の利用エネルギー量を計測するメータ装置及び前記メータ装置から計測情報の収集を行うサーバ装置とを備えたシステムであって、
前記メータ装置は、
前記サーバ装置および前記エネルギー管理装置と通信する通信部と、
第1の暗号鍵を記憶する記憶部と、
前記機器の利用エネルギー量を計測する計測部と、
前記計測部で計測された計測情報から作成した通知メッセージを前記通信部を介して前記サーバ装置に送信する計測情報通信処理部と、
前記エネルギー管理装置から前記機器登録メッセージの送信指示を受けたとき、前記エネルギー管理装置の機器識別子と前記メータ装置の機器識別子とを含む前記機器登録メッセージを生成する機器登録処理部と、
前記機器登録メッセージを前記記憶部内の第1の暗号鍵で暗号化し、暗号化したメッセージを前記通信部を介して前記サーバ装置に送信する暗号処理部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記計測情報通信処理部は、
前記サーバ装置から第2の暗号鍵を受信し、
前記記憶部は、前記第2の暗号鍵を記憶し、
前記エネルギー管理装置から、前記第2の暗号鍵の有無の問い合わせを受信し、前記記憶部に前記第2の暗号鍵が存在するときは、前記第2の暗号鍵を前記通信部を介して前記エネルギー管理装置に送信し、存在しないときはその旨を前記エネルギー管理装置に通知する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記エネルギー管理装置の前記機器登録処理部は、前記通信部が前記サーバ装置と通信可能と判定したとき、前記第2の暗号鍵を保有しているか否かを前記メータ装置に問い合わせ、前記メータ装置が前記第2の暗号鍵を保有しているときは前記第2の暗号鍵を前記メータ装置から取得し、保有していないときは前記機器登録メッセージの送信指示を前記メータ装置に送り、
前記エネルギー管理装置は、前記機器登録メッセージを前記第2の暗号鍵で暗号化し、暗号化したメッセージを前記サーバ装置に送信する暗号処理部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記エネルギー管理装置の前記機器登録処理部は、前記メータ装置が前記第2の暗号鍵を保有していないときは、前記機器登録メッセージを前記第1の暗号鍵にて暗号化した上で前記サーバ装置に送信することを前記メータ装置に指示し、
前記メータ装置の前記暗号処理部は、前記機器登録メッセージを前記第1の暗号鍵で暗号化し、暗号化したメッセージを前記サーバ装置に送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
