(5) 引火点:JIS K2265に準拠して測定した。
(6) 硫黄分:JIS K2541に準拠して測定した。
(7) 窒素分:JIS K2609に準拠して測定した。
(8) 灰分:JIS K2272に準拠して測定した。
(9) 水分:JIS K2275に準拠して測定した。
(10)残量炭素分:JIS K2270に準拠して測定した。
(11)塩分:JIS K2601に準拠して測定した。
(12)ナトリウム:JIS K0116に準拠して測定した。
(13)バナジウム:JIS K0116に準拠して測定した。
(14)酸価:日本油化学会 基準油脂分析試験法 2.3.1に準拠して測定した。
(15)セジメント質量:ISO 10307に準拠して測定した。
(実施例1)
反応容器として、攪拌機付きの30m3圧力容器の上部に原料を供給できる導入口を設置したものを用いた。反応容器の上部に、独立したコンデンサを配管で接続して分縮器として設置した。分縮器として用いられるコンデンサは熱媒を使用して温度制御した。分縮器で凝縮した反応水は、コンデンサ底部に設置したレシーバに貯蔵した。
なお、減圧時の圧力(絶対圧)は、減圧開始から4時間は0.067MPa(500Torr)、後半4時間は0.027MPa(200Torr)とし、減圧時には反応容器の下部から窒素ガスを注入した(3m3/h)。
上記実施例1で得られたグリセリド組成物(実施例1)、実施例1で得られたグリセリド組成物50重量%と混合原油(ラビ原油他)50重量%との混合油(比較例1)、及び混合原油(ラビ原油他)(比較例2)の3試料について品質確認試験を行った。試験は、燃料タンクに燃料油を充填すると、タンクの内面、特に耐腐食構造がなされていない気油境界面に最も腐食が発生しやすいので、試験片の下半分を試料に浸漬した(半浸漬)状態で長期間保管し、腐食性及び長期保管安定性を評価した。図1に試験の概略を示す。
腐食性評価は、500時間及び1000時間後の腐食減量及び侵食速度により評価した。
各試料について、試験前、500時間後及び1000時間後に、酸価、セジメント質量、動粘度、発熱量、及び流動点を測定した。その結果を表3に示す。
Claims (6)
- 遊離脂肪酸を含む原料と3価アルコールとからC重油代替燃料用グリセリド組成物を製造する方法であって、
前記遊離脂肪酸を含む原料が、パーム脂肪酸留出物(PFAD)であり、
前記原料と3価アルコールとの混合物を、230〜250℃で無触媒エステル化反応させる反応工程、及び
前記反応工程の前に、前記混合物の温度を50〜70℃に予熱した後に前記温度範囲まで10〜30℃/時の昇温速度で上昇させる昇温工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記反応工程が、常圧下で反応を行う常圧反応工程と、減圧下で反応を行う減圧反応工程とを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧反応工程を、前記混合物中に不活性な気体を注入しながら行う請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記3価アルコールが、グリセリンである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法により製造されるC重油代替燃料用グリセリド組成物。
- 請求項5に記載のグリセリド組成物からなるC重油代替燃料。
