Claims (1)
- 液体クロマトグラフ装置を用いて、複数種類の溶離液を使用して液体試料に含まれるタンパク質を構成するアミノ酸を分析する分析方法において、
前記液体クロマトグラフ装置が、
複数の異なる種類の分析について、前記複数種類の溶離液のうち、少なくとも1つ以上の共通する溶離液を使用する場合には、
前記液体クロマトグラフ装置に設置可能な容器の数を求めるステップと、
複数の分析に用いる溶離液のうち、共通の溶離液の種類の数と共通でない溶離液の種類の数の和を求めるステップと、
前記溶離液の種類の数の和を、前記液体クロマトグラフ装置に設置可能な容器の数と比較するステップと、
前記溶離液の種類の数の和が、前記液体クロマトグラフ装置に設置可能な容器の数以下であるとき、前記溶離液をそれぞれ収納した容器を、前記液体クロマトグラフ装置に設置するステップと、
当該容器内に収容された溶離液を交換することなく、前記複数の分析を連続的に実行するステップと、
を実行し、
前記液体クロマトグラフ装置に設置可能な容器の数は6個であることを特徴とする分析方法。
