Description
The present invention relates to a robot control apparatus that controls a plurality of robots.
A general robot control device includes a control circuit 7 and a robot drive device 3, and the number of robot control devices is equal to the number of robots (robot control device 1, robot control device 2 2, robot control device 3 3, The robot control device 4-4, the robot control device 5-5, and the robot control device 6-6). As these robot control devices, an opening for taking in the outside air is provided in the lower surface of the controller box, and an operation knob for controlling the operation of the device is mounted in this opening in a loosely inserted state. The part is provided with a discharge hole for intake outside air (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The robot controller is desired to have a small footprint in order to ensure a degree of freedom in the layout of the robot in the factory. On the other hand, a robot control device that controls a plurality of robots is also desired, and it is desired to provide a plurality of drive devices that can control a plurality of robots while reducing the volume of the robot control device. ing. Therefore, problems that arise when the robot control device and the drive device are arranged densely include the problem of heat dissipation processing and the space saving of wiring processing.
A general robot control device simply requires as many robot control devices as the number of robots, so that the installation space cannot be reduced. Moreover, since the robot control apparatus for the number of robots is required, there is a problem of increasing the cost. In addition, when downsizing was emphasized, there was a problem of heat dissipation treatment inside the apparatus.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a robot control apparatus that can save space and solve the problem of heat dissipation inside the apparatus.

According to the present invention, by sharing a control circuit unit that controls a plurality of robots, the robot control device can be reduced in size. Further, by disposing it at the upper part of the robot drive device, it becomes easier to circulate the air over the robot control device, and the cooling efficiency can be improved. Further, by cooling the air whose temperature has been increased while circulating through the robot controller using a duct, it is possible to increase the cooling efficiency and to equalize the temperature inside the robot controller.
In addition, the storage efficiency is improved by making the robot drive unit into a removable block. Further, it is possible to improve space efficiency by performing wiring processing through the inside of the reinforcing member of the robot drive unit.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a multi-robot control device according to the present invention. In the figure, in the robot control device, a common control circuit unit 27 in which a plurality of robot control circuits (corresponding to six robots in FIG. 2) are shared, and a robot drive device 21 in a block with high storage efficiency are provided. The robot control apparatus can be reduced in size. The common control circuit unit 27 with relatively little heat generation is arranged in the upper part of the robot control device, and a plurality of robot drive devices 21 to 26 are arranged in the lower part of the common control circuit unit 27. In this configuration, the common control circuit unit 27 is disposed above the robot drive devices 21 to 26 having a heat source such as a power module, so that a heat source is further provided in an air portion that tends to be turned up in the control panel. A common control circuit unit 27 is arranged so as not to raise the temperature by arranging the robot driving devices 21 to 26.
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of the robot drive devices 21 to 26. In the figure, the drive device radiating fins 32 of the robot drive device built-in block 31 are formed on the bottom surface of the bottom surfaces of the robot drive devices 21 to 26. The drive device radiating fins 32 are driven by the drive device cooling fan 34 and exhaust heat treatment. The cooling air enters the duct 33 from the air inlet 35 of the robot controller door, and the cooling air flow 38 is generated so as to be exhausted from the air outlet 36 on the back of the robot controller. Cooling is performed between the drive unit radiating fins 32.
In order to prevent the outside air from entering the robot control devices 21 to 26, a packing 37 is formed around the mouth of the exhaust heat treatment duct 33 on the back surface 39 of the robot control device door and the back surface inside 40 of the robot control device. ing.
By adopting such a configuration, each robot drive device is configured to be independent for each robot, so that the cooling fan can be replaced and the drive device radiating fins can be easily cleaned.
The cooling using the lower surface of the robot drive device has been described with reference to FIG. Next, the structure which cools using the airflow inside a robot control apparatus is demonstrated using FIG. 4 and FIG.
In FIG. 4, the heat 50 of the in-panel apparatus generated from the common control circuit 27 and the robot drive devices 21 to 26 shown in FIG. In order to cool the heat 50 of the in-panel appliance, a heat exchange duct 51 is formed on the ceiling surface 45 of the multi-robot control device, leading to the left and right sides of the door opening / closing surface. The warm heat 50 is cooled. Specifically, the outside air 42 is sucked by an intake fan 44 attached to the
Thus, since the heat exchange cooling duct is provided in the ceiling, the heat accumulated in the upper part of the panel can be effectively dissipated.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the heat of the control panel ceiling surface 45 is further heated above the internal circulation cooling duct 53 on the
The cooling air flow 46 sucked from the cooling air flow 46 in the panel by the internal circulation fan 52 is discharged from the cooling duct discharge port 54, and the cooling air flow 46 is arranged in the upper and lower arrangements of the drive unit built-in block 55. The air heated by the in-panel circulation fan 57 of the control panel reinforcing column 56 with built-in in-panel circulation fan 56 is sent to the right side surface 49 of the control panel and warmed again to the control panel ceiling surface 45, and the cooling air flow 46 is Again, it circulates toward the in-panel circulation fan 52. The cooling air flow 46 flowing into the control panel ceiling surface 45 absorbs the temperature of the cooling air flow 46 in the panel from the heat exchange cooling duct 51 and exhausts it as shown in FIG. The rise can be suppressed.
As described above, since the control panel is provided with the internal circulation cooling duct and the circulation fan, the temperature distribution in the control panel can be made uniform.
Further, the control panel reinforcing column 56 with a built-in circulation fan has another function. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also a wiring duct 62 that houses the wiring cable 61 from the common control circuit unit 27 and the drive unit built-in block 31 arranged on the ceiling of the robot control device.
Thus, since it is configured like a reinforcing and wiring duct, it is possible to accommodate the wiring in the multi-robot control device and facilitate maintenance despite the increase in wiring.
