Description
(1) アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液をカチオン交換樹脂層に通液して遊離カチオンを除去し、
さらにアニオン交換樹脂層に通液して、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩および酸成分アニオンを除去する
ことを特徴とするアミン液からアミノ酸−鉄錯塩を除去する方法。
(2) 酸成分アニオンがリークする酸成分アニオン貫流点となるまで通液可能なアミン液量の75〜85容積%以下のアミン液量を通液した時点をアミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点とし、
このアミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点で前記アニオン交換樹脂層の再生を行うか、
あるいは前記アミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点で前記アニオン交換樹脂層の流出液を第2アニオン交換樹脂層に通液し、前記アニオン交換樹脂層が前記酸成分アニオン貫流点となった時点で、前記アニオン交換樹脂層の再生を行う上記(1)記載の方法。
(3) 酸成分アニオンがリークする酸成分アニオン貫流点となるまで通液可能なアミン液量は、次の[1]式により求まる値である上記(2)記載の方法。
〔酸成分アニオン貫流点-までの通液可能量(L)〕=〔樹脂量(L)〕×〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕÷〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕・・・[1]
(4) 貫流交換容量は、酸成分アニオンを含み、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含まないアミン液を、使用するアニオン交換樹脂層に通液し、次の[2]式により求まる値である上記(3)記載の方法。
〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕=〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕×〔貫流点までの通液量(L)〕÷〔樹脂量(L)〕・・・[2]
(5) カチオン交換樹脂層の貫流点におけるリーンアミン液の通液量を100%としたとき、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液の通液量が103〜106%となる時点で、カチオン交換樹脂層の再生を行う上記(1)ないし(4)のいずれかに記載の方法。
(6) アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液を、pH9.8〜12.5の状態でカチオン交換樹脂層に通液する上記(1)ないし(5)のいずれかに記載の方法。
(7) カチオン交換樹脂層を通過したアミン液を、pH9.5〜12.5の状態でアニオン交換樹脂層に通液する上記(6)記載の方法。
〔酸成分アニオンの貫流点-までの通液可能量(L)〕=〔樹脂量(L)〕×〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕÷〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕・・・[1]
〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕=〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕×〔貫流点までの通液量(L)〕÷〔樹脂量(L)〕・・・[2]
(1)イオン交換塔内のイオン交換樹脂層の上方に窒素ガスを導入して、イオン交換塔の底部からアミン液を流出させるガス置換工程。
(2)アミン液の流出後も窒素ガスの導入を継続し、樹脂に付着するアミン液を流下させるアミン液流下工程。
(3)樹脂層からアミン液の流下が停止した段階で、イオン交換塔内に水を導入して樹脂層の上方まで満たした後、下向流で水を流下させて樹脂に付着するアミン液を洗い流し、水相に置換する水置換工程。
まずガス置換工程(1)では、イオン交換塔としてのカチオン交換塔11またはアニオン交換塔12内に、ラインL13またはL14からイオン交換樹脂層であるカチオン交換樹脂層13またはアニオン交換樹脂層14の上方に窒素ガスを導入して、カチオン交換塔11またはアニオン交換塔12の底部からアミン液を流出させ、イオン交換塔内をアミン相からガス相に転換する。
石油精製プロセス酸性ガスの精製において、水酸化ナトリウムで中和して得られるリーンアミン液であって、熱安定性アミン塩を構成する酸成分アニオンおよびナトリウムを含み、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含まないアミン液を模擬し、表1に示す酸および水酸化ナトリウムを純水に添加して、アミン液Aを調製した。アミン液Aの組成は、メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA);40重量%、ギ酸;2000mg/L(44.4meq/L)、酢酸;1000mg/L(16.9meq/L)、硫酸;1000mg/L(20.8meq/L)、チオシアン酸;2000mg/L(34.5meq/L)、溶存ナトリウム;500mg/L、残部;水、pH10.7であり、全アニオン当量は117meq/Lである。
比較例1から得られるカチオン交換後のアミン液であって、熱安定性アミン塩を構成する酸成分アニオンを含み、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含まないアミン液Bの組成は、メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA);40重量%、ギ酸;2000mg/L(44.4meq/L)、酢酸;1000mg/L(16.9meq/L)、硫酸;1000mg/L(20.8meq/L)、チオシアン酸;2000mg/L(34.5meq/L)、残部;水、pH10.2であり、全アニオン当量は117meq/Lである。
〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕=〔アミン液中のアニオン当量0.117(eq/L)〕×〔貫流点までの通液量0.350(L)〕÷〔樹脂量0.055(L)〕

煙道ガスの精製から得られる中和処理を行わないリーンアミン液であって、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩および熱安定性アミン塩を構成する酸成分アニオンを含むアミン液を模擬し、表3に示す酸、水酸化ナトリウム、バイシンおよび硫酸鉄(II)を純水に添加して、アミン液Cを調製した。アミン液Cの組成は、メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA);40.0重量%、ギ酸;1000mg/L(22.2meq/L)、酢酸;1000mg/L(16.9meq/L)、硫酸;1000mg/L(20.8meq/L)、硝酸;1000mg/L(16.1meq/L)、バイシン;1000mg/L(6.2meq/L)、溶存鉄190mg/L、ナトリウム;500mg/L、残部;水、pH10.8であり、全アニオン当量は82.2meq/Lである。
実施例1から得られるカチオン交換後のアミン液(pH10.3)であって、バイシン−鉄錯塩および熱安定性アミン塩を構成する酸成分アニオンを含み、ナトリウムを含まないアミン液D(F4)を、強塩基性アニオン交換樹脂(ダウエックスマラソンMSA、ダウケミカル社製、商標)55mLを円筒カラムに700mmの高さに充填した充填層に、458mL/H(SV;8.3、LV;5.8m/H)で通液し、流出液を所定量ずつF1〜F5−4として分取し、導電率の測定と成分分析を行った。その結果を表4に示す。ここではバイシンと溶存鉄は同時に吸着され、同時にリークしているので、両者が結合したバイシン−鉄錯塩を形成しているものと認められる。
〔酸成分アニオンの貫流点-までの通液可能量(L)〕=〔樹脂量0.055(L)〕×〔貫流交換容量0.745(eq/L−R)〕÷〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量0.0822(eq/L)〕=0.498(L)・・・[1a]
貫流点に達するまでの-通液可能量(実験値)を500mLとすると、この通液可能量の85%は425mLで、バイシン−鉄錯塩がリークし始める分取液F4−1の採取中であり、バイシン−鉄錯塩のリーク量は130mg/Lで、許容値(250mg/L)の範囲内の値である。また通液可能量の75%は375mLで、分取液F3までの累積通液量の375mLに相当し、この時点ではバイシン−鉄錯塩のリークはない。
実施例2において、熱安定性アミン塩を構成するアニオンがリークする貫流点となるまで通液可能なアミン量の75〜100容積%のアニオン交換樹脂層の流出液を模擬したアミン液Eを調整した。アミン液Eの組成は、メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA);39.3重量%、ギ酸;500mg/L(11.1meq/L)、酢酸;1300mg/L(22.2meq/L)、バイシン;2500mg/L(15.5meq/L)、溶存鉄;450mg/L、残部;水であり、全アニオン当量は48.5meq/Lである。
実施例3のアミン液Eを通液した第2のアニオン交換樹脂層を、液相置換、水洗、薬注(8%水酸化ナトリウム、5BV)、液抜き、水洗、液抜きの工程により再生した。そして再生した第2のアニオン交換樹脂層に上記のアミン液Eを、前回と同じ条件で通液し、流出液を所定量ずつF1〜F6−3として分取し、導電率の測定と成分分析を行った。その結果を表6に示す。
Claims (7)
- アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液をカチオン交換樹脂層に通液して遊離カチオンを除去し、
さらにアニオン交換樹脂層に通液して、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩および酸成分アニオンを除去する
ことを特徴とするアミン液からアミノ酸−鉄錯塩を除去する方法。 - 酸成分アニオンがリークする酸成分アニオン貫流点となるまで通液可能なアミン液量の75〜85容積%以下のアミン液量を通液した時点をアミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点とし、
このアミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点で前記アニオン交換樹脂層の再生を行うか、
あるいは前記アミノ酸−鉄錯塩貫流点で前記アニオン交換樹脂層の流出液を第2アニオン交換樹脂層に通液し、前記アニオン交換樹脂層が前記酸成分アニオン貫流点となった時点で、前記アニオン交換樹脂層の再生を行う請求項1記載の方法。 - 酸成分アニオンがリークする酸成分アニオンの貫流点となるまで通液可能なアミン液量は、次の[1]式により求まる値である請求項2記載の方法。
〔酸成分アニオン貫流点-までの通液可能量(L)〕=〔樹脂量(L)〕×〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕÷〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕・・・[1] - 貫流交換容量は、酸成分アニオンを含み、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含まないアミン液を、使用するアニオン交換樹脂層に通液し、次の[2]式により求まる値である請求項3記載の方法。
〔貫流交換容量(eq/L−R)〕=〔アミン液中の酸成分アニオン当量(eq/L)〕×〔貫流点までの通液量(L)〕÷〔樹脂量(L)〕・・・[2] - カチオン交換樹脂層の貫流点におけるリーンアミン液の通液量を100%としたとき、アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液の通液量が103〜106%となる時点で、カチオン交換樹脂層の再生を行う請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アミノ酸−鉄錯塩を含むアミン液を、pH9.8〜12.5の状態でカチオン交換樹脂層に通液する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- カチオン交換樹脂層を通過したアミン液を、pH9.5〜12.5の状態でアニオン交換樹脂層に通液する請求項6記載の方法。
