Claims (10)
- タービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法であって、
タービンノズル区画体(118)を準備するステップを含み、
前記タービンノズル区画体(118)は、
流路側面(124、128)及び非流路側面(126、130)を有するバンド(120、122)と、
前記バンドの非流路側面の側に設けられたエンクロージャ(142)と、
前記エンクロージャ(142)と一体的に形成され、前記非流路側の空間に高温ガスが流入することを抑止するための抑止板(166)と
を備え、
前記方法は、さらに、
該抑止板(166)を該タービンノズル区画体(118)から除去するステップと、
新品の抑止板(166)を該タービンノズル区画体(118)に取り付けるステップと
を含む
ことを特徴とする、タービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。 - 前記除去ステップに先立って、前記タービンノズル区画体(118)をクリーニングするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記除去ステップに先立って、前記タービンノズル区画体(118)から遮熱コーティングを剥離するステップをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記除去ステップに先立って、前記タービンノズル区画体(118)を点検するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記タービンノズル区画体(118)から前記抑止板(166)を切削加工によって除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記取り付けステップの後、前記タービンノズル区画体(118)を遮熱コーティングで被覆するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記取り付けステップの後、前記タービンノズル区画体(118)を点検するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記取り付けステップの後、ドリル加工によって前記エンクロージャ(142)に複数の冷却穴(160)をあけるステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記複数の冷却穴(160)が、プレナム(144)上に吸気口(162)を有する、請求項8に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
- 前記複数の冷却穴(160)が、前記バンドの前記非流路側面(126、130)に衝突噴流をもたらすよう配設された排気口(164)を有する、請求項8に記載のタービンノズル区画体(118)の修繕方法。
