Description
(a)重合条件下の流動床反応器中で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させること;
(b)上昇ガス流を、微粒子分離器に移動させて、未反応のオレフィンから微細ポリマー粒子を分離すること;
(c)微粒子分離器から縦方向型微粒子排出器まで、微細ポリマー粒子を移動させること;および
(d)動力ガスを縦方向型微粒子排出器に導入して、流動床反応器に微細ポリマー粒子を運ぶこと、
を含む。
(a)1種または2種以上のオレフィンと触媒とを、重合条件下で接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成するための流動床反応器;
(b)未反応のオレフィンから微細ポリマー粒子を分離するための、流動床反応器と流体連通した微粒子分離器および、
(c)微細ポリマー粒子を流動床反応器に運ぶための、微粒子分離器と流体連通した縦方向型微粒子排出器、
を含む。
(a)重合条件下の流動床反応器中で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させること;
(b)上昇ガス流を微粒子分離器に移動させて、未反応のオレフィンから微細ポリマー粒子を分離すること;
(c)微粒子分離器から縦方向型微粒子排出器まで、微細ポリマー粒子を移動させること;および
(d)動力ガスを縦方向型微粒子排出器に導入して、流動床反応器に微細ポリマー粒子を運ぶこと、
を含む。
(a)1種または2種以上のオレフィンと、触媒とを重合条件下で接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成するための流動床反応器;
(b)未反応のオレフィンから微細ポリマー粒子を分離するための、流動床反応器と流体連通する微粒子分離器および、
(c)微細ポリマー粒子を流動床反応器に運ぶための、微粒子分離器と流体連通した縦方向型微粒子排出器、
を含む。
以下もまた開示される。
[1] (a)重合条件下の流動床反応器中で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと、触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させること;
(b)該上昇ガス流を微粒子分離器に移動させて、該未反応のオレフィンから該微細ポリマー粒子を分離させること;
(c)該微粒子分離器から、縦方向型微粒子排出器に、該微細ポリマー粒子を移動させること;および
(d)動力ガスを、該縦方向型微粒子排出器に導入して、該微細ポリマー粒子を、該流動床反応器に戻すこと、
を含んで成る、オレフィンを重合させる方法。
[2] 該動力ガスが、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの内側に導入される、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[3] 該動力ガスが、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの外側を流れる環状の流れとして導入される、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[4] 該微粒子分離器から熱交換器に、該未反応のオレフィンを移動させて、該未反応のオレフィンを冷却すること、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを、圧縮器に移動させて、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを圧縮すること、および該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンを、該流動床反応器に戻すこと、をさらに含む上記[1]に記載の方法。
[5] 該動力ガスが、該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンの少なくとも一部分を含む、上記[4]に記載の方法。
[6] (a)重合条件下で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと、触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させるための流動床反応器;
(b)該未反応のオレフィンから該微細ポリマー粒子を分離するための、該流動床反応器と流体連通した微粒子分離器;および
(c)該微細ポリマー粒子を、該流動床反応器に戻すための、該微粒子分離器と流体連通した縦方向型微粒子排出器、
を含んで成る、オレフィン重合用装置。
[7] 該縦方向型微粒子排出器が、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの内側に、動力ガスを導入するためのノズルを含む、上記[6]に記載の装置。
[8] 該縦方向型微粒子排出器が、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの周りに、動力ガスの環状の流れを導入するための環帯を含む、上記[6]に記載の装置。
[9] 該微粒子分離器からの該未反応のオレフィンを冷却するための熱交換器、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを圧縮するための圧縮器、および該冷却されそして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンを、該流動床反応器にリサイクルするための導管をさらに含む、上記[6]に記載の装置。
[10] 該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンの少なくとも一部分を、該縦方向型微粒子排出器に運ぶための導管をさらに含む、上記[9]に記載の装置。
Claims (6)
- (a)重合条件下の流動床反応器中で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと、触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させること;
(b)該上昇ガス流を微粒子分離器に移動させて、該未反応のオレフィンから該微細ポリマー粒子を分離させること;
(c)該微粒子分離器から、縦方向型微粒子排出器に、該微細ポリマー粒子を移動させること;および
(d)動力ガスを、該縦方向型微粒子排出器に導入して、該微細ポリマー粒子を、該流動床反応器に戻すこと、
を含んで成る、オレフィンを重合させる方法であって、
該動力ガスが、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの外側を流れる環状の流れとして導入される、方法。 - 該微粒子分離器から熱交換器に、該未反応のオレフィンを移動させて、該未反応のオレフィンを冷却すること、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを、圧縮器に移動させて、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを圧縮すること、および該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンを、該流動床反応器に戻すこと、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該動力ガスが、該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンの少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- (a)重合条件下で、1種または2種以上のオレフィンと、触媒とを接触させて、微細ポリマー粒子および未反応のオレフィンを含む上昇ガス流を生成させるための流動床反応器;
(b)該未反応のオレフィンから該微細ポリマー粒子を分離するための、該流動床反応器と流体連通した微粒子分離器;および
(c)該微細ポリマー粒子を、該流動床反応器に戻すための、該微粒子分離器と流体連通した縦方向型微粒子排出器、
を含んで成る、オレフィン重合用装置であって、
該縦方向型微粒子排出器が、該微細ポリマー粒子の流れの周りに、動力ガスの環状の流れを導入するための環帯を含む、装置。 - 該微粒子分離器からの該未反応のオレフィンを冷却するための熱交換器、該冷却された未反応のオレフィンを圧縮するための圧縮器、および該冷却されそして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンを、該流動床反応器にリサイクルするための導管をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 該冷却され、そして圧縮された未反応のオレフィンの少なくとも一部分を、該縦方向型微粒子排出器に運ぶための導管をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
