Description
The present invention relates to an elevator car, and more particularly to an elevator car used in an automatic warehouse such as a clean room.
An elevator truck used in an automatic warehouse is required to have the ability to operate continuously for 24 hours 365 days. In general, as an elevator car used in such an automatic warehouse, an elevator car that raises and lowers the elevator by hanging the elevator with a wire and winding the wire through a wire guide sheave is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the life of the wire is shorter than that of the lifting carriage main body, and the life of the wire is present, for example, when it is bent several hundred thousand times, and the wire constituting the wire is always cut. Therefore, the lifting cart using the wire requires maintenance for stopping the lifting cart for a long time for periodic inspection of the wire and replacement of the wire, and it has been difficult to operate continuously in the automatic warehouse for a long time. Furthermore, there is a risk that dust generated by sliding between the wire and the wire guide sheave may fall on the load. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures against dust generation such as covering the sliding part that generates dust in a clean room that handles precision parts. There is a problem of becoming.
By the way, when a screw shaft is used for raising and lowering the lifting platform, there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure a lifting stroke of the lifting platform as compared to the case of using a wire. That is, when the screw shaft is used, it is not configured to pull up the lifting platform using a wire. Therefore, in order to position the lifting platform at a predetermined height, the length of the screw shaft body is structurally set to the predetermined height. The length corresponding to the length must be increased.
However, as the length of the screw shaft increases, it becomes difficult to keep the assembly accuracy (tilt) in the vertical direction of the floor of the screw shaft within a predetermined allowable range, and the elevator platform moves smoothly up and down along the screw shaft. There is a risk of affecting. In addition, as the length of the screw shaft is increased, the screw shaft is likely to bend. For example, when a heavy object is placed on the lifting platform, the screw shaft supporting the lifting platform is deformed and tilted by receiving a load, There is a risk of hindering the smooth lifting and lowering movement of the lifting platform.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevating carriage that enables smooth elevating movement of the elevating platform regardless of assembly accuracy and inclination of the screw shaft due to deformation. . Another object is to provide a lifting carriage suitable for operation in a clean room.

As shown in FIG. 4, the

The

Next, the operation of the lifting
FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the connecting
First, the operation of the lifting
The
The
At this time, the
As described above, when the
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, when the

Thus, even when the
Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, the
Therefore, in this embodiment, since the assembly accuracy of the
In the present embodiment, the connecting
In the present embodiment, the
Moreover, in this embodiment, the raising / lowering
In the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, by adopting a configuration in which the
Further, in the present embodiment, by adopting a configuration in which the
