Claims (15)
- 2つの噛み合い歯付き部(1、2)の歯(7、8)の間に歯面間隔(4)を設けるために、金属歯付き部(1、2)の歯(7、8)の表面上に磨耗性ポリマーコーティング(5)を形成することによって、少なくとも1つの歯付き部(1、2)の歯(7)の表面の少なくとも一部分に磨耗性ポリマーコーティング(5)を適用する方法であって、該ポリマーコーティング(5)を適用する前にプラズマ中で被コーティング表面を処理して、この表面に該ポリマーコーティング(5)を直接適用することを特徴とする方法。

- 歯付き部(1、2)の金属表面の表面張力が、処理前の表面張力より少なくとも30%増加し、その表面張力が被コーティング領域において少なくとも40mN/mである歯付き部が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
