Description
本発明は、連続重合ベルトが少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトの上面に少なくとも部分的に載っている、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法に関する。
i)連続重合ベルト及び
ii)少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルト
を含み、その際、該連続重合ベルトi)が少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)の上面に少なくとも部分的に載っており且つ該少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)が少なくとも部分的に固定された表面上を滑動する、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法によって達成されることを見出した。
a)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和酸−機能性モノマー、
b)少なくとも1種の架橋剤、
c)適切であれば、a)と共重合可能な1種以上のエチレン性及び/又はアリル性不飽和モノマー、及び
d)適切であれば、モノマーa)、b)及び適切であればc)が少なくとも部分的にグラフト化され得る1種以上の水溶性ポリマー
を含む。
Claims (10)
- 連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法であって、
i)連続重合ベルト及び
ii)少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトを含み、
その際、該連続重合ベルトi)が少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)の上面に少なくとも部分的に載っており且つ該少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)が少なくとも部分的に固定された表面上を滑動し、
前記少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)の幅の20%未満が固定された表面上を滑動し、前記固定された表面が少なくとも1つのスライドバーである、連続ベルト反応器での高吸水性ポリマーの製造方法。 - スライドバーの上面が0.5未満の摩擦係数を有する材料で少なくとも部分的に被覆される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記被覆材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記連続重合ベルトi)がカーカス及びカバーを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記連続重合ベルトi)が少なくとも2つの連続支持ベルトii)上に載っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記連続重合ベルトi)の側縁が少なくとも1つの固定された支持手段によって水平面から上方に曲がっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記連続重合ベルトi)の最初の区域が溝を形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)が横断方向に補強されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの連続支持ベルトii)が下流方向での終端で液体の障壁を形成する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記連続ベルト反応器で処理されるモノマーが少なくとも50質量%のアクリル酸及び/又はその塩である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
