Claims (14)
- ナイフゲートバルブにおいて、
流路、ナイフゲートチャンネル、及び弁座チャンネルガイドを形成するバルブ本体と、
前記ナイフゲートチャンネルを横切るようになったナイフゲートであって、下縁部を有し、開放位置において、前記バルブを通してプロセス流を流すことができ、閉鎖位置において、前記バルブを通るプロセス流を阻止するように形成されたナイフゲートと、
前記弁座チャンネルガイド内に位置決めされ、水平セグメント、一対の垂直セグメント、及び前記ナイフゲートの前記下縁部と対応する下セグメントによって形成されており、前記バルブ本体内で圧縮される、弁座組立体と、
前記ナイフゲートが前記弁座組立体を横切るとき、前記水平セグメントがその剛性を維持するように前記水平セグメントの一部内に配置された強化プレートとを備え、前記水平セグメントはゲート開口部を形成する一対の部材からなり、各部材はエラストマー材料からなり、強化プレートはこのエラストマー材料と一体成形されるとともに前記水平セグメントの全長に渡って延びている、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、前記バルブ本体は、
組み立てられて前記流路、前記ゲートチャンネル、及び前記弁座チャンネルを形成する第1及び第2の本体半部を含み、前記第1及び第2の本体半部は、各々前記流路の一部の周囲に配置された、前記弁座組立体を前記チャンネル座内に保持するように形成されたオーバーハング部分を有する、バルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第1本体半部および前記第2本体半部のうちの一方は、更に、前記チャンネル座から延びるフランジ部分を含み、
前記弁座組立体の前記下セグメントは、好ましくは更に、前記一方の本体半部の前記フランジ部分を受け入れるようになったキャビティを含む、バルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第1本体半部は、更に、前記第1本体半部の周囲に間隔が隔てられた関係で配置された、前記第2本体半部に連結するため、締結具を受け入れるように形成された複数の穴を含む、バルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第2本体半部は、更に、前記第2本体半部の周囲に間隔が隔てられた関係で配置された、前記第1本体半部に連結するため、締結具を受け入れるように形成された複数の穴を含む、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、更に、
第1端が前記ナイフゲートに連結されており、前記ナイフゲートを上下させるアクチュエータに第2端が連結されたステム組立体を有する、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記弁座組立体は、エラストマー材料により一体成形されている、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記弁座組立体の前記水平セグメントは、更に、複数の内壁によって形成されたゲート開口部を含み、前記ゲート開口部は、前記ナイフゲートの寸法と対応する寸法を有する、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記バルブ本体は一体のバルブ本体である、バルブ。 - 請求項9に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記少なくとも一つの強化プレートは第1強化プレートであり、前記弁座組立体は、更に、前記第1強化プレートに連結された第2強化プレートを含み、前記一対の垂直セグメントのうちの少なくとも一方に沿って下方に延びる、バルブ。 - 請求項9に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記少なくとも一つの強化プレートは第1強化プレートであり、前記ナイフゲートバルブは、更に、前記第1強化プレートに連結された、前記一対の垂直セグメントのうちの第1垂直セグメントに沿って下方に延びる第2強化プレートと、前記第1強化プレートに連結された、前記一対の垂直セグメントのうちの第2の垂直セグメントに沿って下方に延びる第3強化プレートとを含む、バルブ。 - 請求項10に記載のバルブにおいて、更に、
前記第2強化プレートに連結された、前記弁座組立体の前記下セグメント内に形成された第3強化プレートを含む、バルブ。 - 請求項12に記載のバルブにおいて、更に、
前記第2強化プレート及び前記第3強化プレートに連結された、前記弁座組立体の前記下セグメント内に形成された第4強化プレートを含む、バルブ。 - 請求項9に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記少なくとも一つの強化プレートは第1強化プレートであり、前記弁座組立体は、更に、前記第1強化プレートと一体成形された、前記一対の垂直セグメントの各々及び前記下セグメントに沿って下方に延びる第2強化プレートを含む、バルブ。
