Description
Claims (11)
- 回転軸の外周側に配置され、回転軸とともに回転する第1回転子であって、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子巻線が回転子鉄心に巻回された第1回転子と、
第1回転子の外周側に配置され、第1回転子に対し相対回転可能な第2回転子であって、回転子巻線で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
を備える回転電機であって、
第1回転子の内周には、回転軸及び第1回転子とともに回転し、作動液体溜まりに作動液体を貯溜するための作動液体貯溜部材が設置され、
回転軸には、作動液体溜まりへ作動液体を吐出させるための作動液体吐出口が形成され、
回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部が、回転子鉄心及び作動液体貯溜部材より回転軸方向両側へ張り出しており、
回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部との間に作動液体通路を形成するための通路形成部材が回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部に近接して設置されており、
第1回転子の回転時に、作動液体溜まりに貯溜された作動液体を、遠心力により作動液体貯溜部材の回転軸方向両端部から回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部へ飛散させる、回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
通路形成部材は、第2回転子とともに回転する部材である、回転電機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の回転電機であって、
通路形成部材は、第2回転子の回転軸方向両端面との間にも作動液体通路を形成する部材である、回転電機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の回転電機であって、
第2回転子の外周側に配置され、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な固定子巻線が固定子鉄心に巻回された固定子をさらに備え、
第2回転子は、固定子巻線で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用し、
固定子巻線の回転軸方向両端部が、固定子鉄心より回転軸方向両側へ張り出しており、
通路形成部材には、作動液体通路を通る作動液体を遠心力により固定子巻線の回転軸方向両端部へ供給するための作動液体供給口が形成されている、回転電機。 - 回転軸の外周側に配置され、回転軸とともに回転する第1回転子であって、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子巻線が回転子鉄心に巻回された第1回転子と、
第1回転子の外周側に配置され、第1回転子に対し相対回転可能な第2回転子であって、回転子巻線で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
を備える回転電機であって、
第1回転子の内周には、回転軸及び第1回転子とともに回転し、作動液体溜まりに作動液体を貯溜するための作動液体貯溜部材が設置され、
回転軸には、作動液体溜まりへ作動液体を吐出させるための作動液体吐出口が形成され、
作動液体吐出口からの作動液体を第1回転子と第2回転子との間の空隙に導入するための作動液体導入通路が形成されており、
回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部が、回転子鉄心及び作動液体貯溜部材より回転軸方向両側へ張り出しており、
第1回転子の回転時に、作動液体溜まりに貯溜された作動液体を、遠心力により作動液体貯溜部材の回転軸方向両端部から回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部へ飛散させる、回転電機。 - 請求項5に記載の回転電機であって、
作動液体導入通路は、第1回転子の回転子鉄心に形成され、作動液体溜まりに貯溜された作動液体を前記空隙に導入する、回転電機。 - 請求項6に記載の回転電機であって、
回転軸と作動液体貯溜部材が連結部材を介して連結され、
作動液体溜まりは、作動液体貯溜部材の回転軸方向両端部間に連結部材を挟んで形成され、
作動液体導入通路は、連結部材の外周部に面し、且つ作動液体溜まりと連通するよう連結部材の外周部よりも回転軸方向両側に張り出して形成されている、回転電機。 - 請求項6に記載の回転電機であって、
回転軸と作動液体貯溜部材が連結部材を介して連結され、
作動液体導入通路は、連結部材にも形成され、作動液体吐出口と連通している、回転電機。 - 請求項5に記載の回転電機であって、
作動液体導入通路は、第1回転子の回転子鉄心と回転子巻線の回転軸方向両端部との間に形成され、作動液体溜まりに貯溜された作動液体を前記空隙に導入する、回転電機。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1に記載の回転電機であって、
作動液体貯溜部材の回転軸方向両端部には、第1回転子の回転時に作動液体溜まりに貯溜された作動液体が噴出するための作動液体噴出口が形成されている、回転電機。 - 請求項1〜6,9のいずれか1に記載の回転電機であって、
回転軸と作動液体貯溜部材が連結部材を介して連結され、
作動液体溜まりは、作動液体貯溜部材の回転軸方向両端部間に連結部材を挟んで形成され、
連結部材には、連結部材を挟んで形成された作動液体溜まり同士を連通させるための作動液体連通孔が形成されている、回転電機。
