Description
Claims (14)
- 陸上移動無線(LMR)コンテンツを通信する方法であって、
第1のLMRユニットが該第1のLMRユニットの位置を自動的に検出するステップと、
前記第1のLMRユニットの前記位置に基づいて、複数のLMRネットワークプロトコルの中から第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルを前記第1のLMRユニットが自動的に選択するステップであって、前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルは、第1のLMRプロトコルスタックのアプリケーション層のための第1のアプリケーション層プロトコルと前記第1のLMRプロトコルスタックのトランスポート層のための第1のトランスポート層プロトコルとを含む、ステップと、
前記第1のLMRユニットが、第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの第2のアプリケーション層プロトコルを用いて前記LMRコンテンツを生成するステップであって、前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコル及び前記第2のアプリケーション層プロトコルはそれぞれ前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコル及び前記第1のアプリケーション層プロトコルと異なる、ステップと、
前記第1のLMRユニットが、前記第1のトランスポート層プロトコルを用いて前記LMRコンテンツをカプセル化するステップと、
LMRネットワークの第1のRF通信エリアにおいて、カプセル化された前記LMRコンテンツを通信するステップと、
前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの第2のトランスポート層プロトコルを用いて前記LMRコンテンツを再度カプセル化するステップであって、前記第2のトランスポート層プロトコルは前記第1のトランスポート層プロトコルと異なる、ステップと、
前記LMRネットワークの第2のRF通信エリアにおいて、再度カプセル化された前記LMRコンテンツを転送するステップと
を有し、前記第2のアプリケーション層プロトコルは、前記LMRコンテンツを前記LMRネットワークの前記第2のRF通信エリアで通信する際に変更されない、方法。 - 前記第1のLMRプロトコルスタックが、前記LMRコンテンツを通信するための2つの層のプロトコルスタックである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記LMRコンテンツが、LMRサービス、オペレーション、および制御のうちの少なくとも1つを定義し、かつ、音声データ、緊急信号データ、特定のトークグループの選択に関連する制御データ、無線ユニットとサーバとの間で転送するためのLMRデータ、および再プログラミングデータのうちの少なくとも1つを含むコンテンツを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数のLMRユニットの間で、終端間暗号化を実施するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数のLMRユニットの間で、終端間のデジタル音声符号化を実施するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Project25プロトコル、ETSI
TETRAエアリンクプロトコル、OpenSky独自フォーマット、EDACS独自フォーマット、およびNetworkFirstフォーマットのうちの1つを用いて通信を行うために前記LMRコンテンツを生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のトランスポート層プロトコルを自動的に選択するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

を有し、前記インターフェースは前記複数のLMRユニットの第1のLMRユニットからLMRコンテンツを受信し、前記LMRコンテンツは、第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルの第1のアプリケーション層プロトコルと、前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルとは異なる第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの第1のトランスポート層プロトコルとを使用して前記第1のLMRユニットにより生成され、
前記インターフェースは、前記第1のトランスポート層プロトコルと異なるトランスポート層プロトコルである第2のトランスポート層プロトコルを用いて、前記LMRコンテンツを再度カプセル化するステップと
を有し、前記第1のアプリケーション層プロトコルは、前記インターフェースによっては変更されず及び前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの第2のアプリケーション層プロトコルとは異なり、
前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルは、前記第1のLMRユニットの自動的に検出された位置に基づいて、複数のLMRネットワークプロトコルの中から前記第1のLMRユニットにより自動的に選択される、無線通信システム。 - 前記LMRプロトコルスタックの内少なくとも1つが2つの層のプロトコルスタックである、請求項8に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記LMRインフラストラクチャが、Project25プロトコル、ETSI
TETRAエアリンクプロトコル、OpenSky独自フォーマット、EDACS独自フォーマット、およびNetworkFirstフォーマットのうちの1つを用いて通信を行う、請求項8に記載の無線通信システム。 - 前記LMRインフラストラクチャがLMRコンテンツを通信し、前記LMRコンテンツは、LMRサービス、オペレーション、および制御のうちの少なくとも1つを定義し、かつ音声データ、緊急信号データ、特定のトークグループの選択に関連する制御データ、無線ユニットとサーバの間で転送するためのLMRデータ、および再プログラミングデータのうちの少なくとも1つを含むコンテンツを有する、請求項9に記載の無線通信システム。
- 陸上移動無線(LMR)ユニットであって、
第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルのアプリケーション層プロトコルに基づいてLMRコンテンツを生成するアプリケーションモジュールと、
当該LMRユニットの自動的に検出された位置に基づいて複数のトランスポート層プロトコルの中からトランスポート層プロトコルを動的かつ自動的に選択するセレクタであって、前記トランスポート層プロトコルは、前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルとは異なる第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの一部である、セレクタと、
前記トランスポート層プロトコルに基づいて前記LMRコンテンツをカプセル化するカプセル化モジュールと、
前記アプリケーションモジュールに接続された少なくとも1つのトランシーバと
を有し、前記トランシーバは、前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルの前記アプリケーション層プロトコルを用いて生成されかつ前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルの前記トランスポート層プロトコルを用いてカプセル化された前記LMRコンテンツを通信し、
前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルの前記アプリケーション層プロトコルは、前記第2のLMRネットワークプロトコルのアプリケーション層プロトコルと異なる、陸上移動無線(LMR)ユニット。 - 前記トランスポート層プロトコルを提供するLMRトランスポート層モジュールをさらに有する、請求項12に記載の陸上移動無線ユニット。
- 前記第1のLMRネットワークプロトコルの前記アプリケーション層プロトコルを提供するLMRアプリケーション層モジュールをさらに有する、請求項13に記載の陸上移動無線ユニット。
