Description
(1)完全エマルジョン化した燃料として使用できなければならない。また、燃焼理論からすれば、燃料タンクからノズルへ直接給油すべき構造であること。
(2)ボイラーの着火から使用できるものであること。
(3)油と水の配合比が均一安定しなければならないこと。
(4)水混合比率を8%〜26%にし、重油の熱量と同等の熱量がなければならない(20%前後を理想とする)ことと経費削減を目的とすること。
(5)混合する水に関し、水道水や地下水など身近な水でも良いこと。
(6)燃料として使用し、臭いや煙を抑え地域に与える影響を、重油だけを使用した場合に比べ軽減すること(窒素酸化物、二酸化炭素、硫黄酸化物の排出を抑える。
(7)エマルジョン化した燃料を連続使用する場合や、時間を置いての追い焚き燃焼時においても、重油と同等の着火燃焼状態でなければならないこと。
(8)経済性を考慮して、高価な添加物(乳化剤)を使用しないでエマルジョン化し、さらに燃料費削減と設備の価格も考慮しなければならないこと。
(9)また、廃テンプラ油等の再生油を使用すれば、経済性や環境的な見地から望ましいこと。

Claims (2)
- 水と油の配合調整器を備えた燃料貯蔵タンクへ、水供給サブタンクと廃油及び重油供給サブタンクとを接続すると共に、前記燃料貯蔵タンク下部内側へ前記配合調整器を立設し、下部外側へ、燃料供給管の基部を接続し、該燃料供給管に送油ポンプ、エマルジョン生成器、ノズル安定供給タンク及びボイラーの燃焼器を順次連結したボイラーの燃料供給装置であって、
前記配合調整器は、パイプ状であって、下部外側に、燃料貯蔵タンクの下部口と螺合する螺合部を有すると共に、水の吸入溝を設け、上部外側に燃料油の吸入溝を設けたものであることを特徴とするボイラーの燃料供給装置。 - ノズル安定供給タンクと燃料貯蔵タンクとをリターンパイプで連結したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のボイラーの燃料供給装置。
