Claims (10)
- 熱交換空洞(24)の一部を画定する内壁(22、122、222)を有するハウジング(14、114、214)と、

を含む熱交換器(12、112、212)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの弾性端部構造体(50、150、250)は、前記内壁(22、122、222)と前記管束(20)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの境界セグメント(56、156、256)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの境界セグメント(56、156、256)は、第2の圧縮弾性係数であることを特徴とする少なくとも第2の材料とともに、第1の圧縮弾性係数であることを特徴とするエラストマー性の第1の材料を少なくとも含み、前記第2の圧縮弾性係数は、前記第1の圧縮弾性係数よりも大きく、
前記境界セグメント(56、156、256)は、剛性レベルが異なることを特徴とする複数の領域を含む複合構造体からなり、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料は、前記境界セグメント(56、156、256)内において、前記管束(20)の周縁部から前記内壁(22、122、222)まで延在すると共に、前記第1の材料の内部に配置された前記第2の材料を囲む、熱交換器(12、112、212)。 - 前記エラストマー性の第1の材料は、クロロプレン、シリコーン、EPDM、FKM、ポリウレタン、およびHNBRからなる群から選択されるエラストマーである、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(12、112、212)。

- 前記第2の材料は、前記少なくとも1つの境界セグメント(56、156、256)全体にわたって、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料とのパターン化された関係を保って配置された複数の高弾性係数領域(62、162、262)を画定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(12、112、212)。
- 前記複数の高弾性係数領域(62)は多数のプラグ要素を含み、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料は、1つまたは複数の前記プラグ要素を少なくとも部分的に囲む、請求項4に記載の熱交換器(12)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記プラグ要素は、金属、エラストマー、木材、プラスチック、およびセラミックからなる群から選択される材料で形成される、請求項5に記載の熱交換器(12)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記プラグ要素は鋼で形成される、請求項6に記載の熱交換器(12)。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記少なくとも1つの境界セグメント(156)全体にわたって、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料とのパターン化された関係を保って配置された複数の高弾性係数領域(162)を画定し、前記複数の高弾性係数領域(162)は多数の挿入物を含み、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料は、1つまたは複数の前記挿入物を少なくとも部分的に囲む、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(112)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記くさび状挿入物は、金属、エラストマー、木材、プラスチック、およびセラミックからなる群から選択される材料で形成される、請求項8に記載の熱交換器(112)。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記少なくとも1つの境界セグメント(262)全体にわたって、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料とのパターン化された関係を保って配置された複数の高弾性係数領域(262)を画定し、前記複数の高弾性係数領域(262)は、前記エラストマー性の第1の材料からなる、選択的に剛性化された多数の局所領域を含み、前記選択的に剛性化された局所領域は、隣接する前記エラストマー性の第1の材料の領域と比べて高い剛性を有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(212)。
